The property offers two bedrooms, a king-size double and a twin that can be linked to create a super king-size double, plus a sitting room retaining many original features, an adjoining dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a sun room offering lovely church views and two bathrooms. A parking pass for the long stay car park is provided and there is alternative parking at Dartmouth Park & Ride, approximately 5 minutes’ drive away. A stylish property in an idyllic location.
Amenities: Four-ring gas hob, integrated electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster. The adjacent UTILITY AREA has a washer/dryer and freezer. Widescreen Smart TV. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Wifi available. No Pets or smoking permitted. A parking permit is supplied for Mayors Avenue car park until the 2nd of July 2026. From then on a permit for the Park and Ride Car Park, at the top of the town will be supplied, please be aware that the bus doesn't run out of the main season. Bed linen and towels supplied - guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. There are two narrow flights of steps leading up to the duplex apartment.
Please note there is a fire alarm test carried out every Thursday around 10am.
