This lovely detached cottage rests in Polgear near Redruth Cornwall. With lovely views, the cottage has one bedroom and can sleep two guests. On the ground floor is a spacious sitting room with dining area and adjoining snug. There's also a neat fitted kitchen and utility area as well as a sunroom. Outside is a gravelled garden and parking for two cars. A secluded escape, perfect for a Cornish getaway.
Amenities: Electric heating with wood burning stove. Electric oven with induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, air fryer, Smart TV, WiFi and Bluetooth music speaker. Fuel, power and started pack for wood burner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Travel cot and highchair available. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Gravelled garden with furniture and BBQ. Shop 2 miles, pub 2.7 miles, beach 7 miles.
