Another wonderful stay
We have been to this property many times, We enjoy the comfort, cleanliness and warmth of the house and this is what draws us back. It is a cosy bolt-hole for those wishing to getaway and relax.
The location is excellent, the property is situated a few minutes walk from the train station and the bus stops, which means that it is easy to visit Wells, Holt, and Cromer amongst others. Shops, supermarkets, pubs, and a range of eateries are nearby.
The biggest draw is the 5 minute walk to the sea, where, depending on the time of the year, you can see exuberant crashing waves or calm serene ripples with great sunsets.

Quaint house central location
A lovely stay at the property. Enough spade for 3 adults and a child.
Bedding, towels and crockery provided.
Small garden spade for drying beachwear handy and the location of the property was ideal for exploring.
A lovely property, a great price.
Points to consider:
** the hot water taps are exceedingly hot- no thermostat to turn down so be mindful.

A few small problems
The location of this property is perfect. And overall great value for money. A few small problems that could be easily fixed. The radiators need bleeding it was very cold on a couple of days and not fully functioning heating did not help. The window in the front room does not fully close, again not good on a cold day and a security risk.

House in good position for all amenities
House located in centre of Sheringham that's why we chose it. Old terraced property, clean and adequately furnished but a little old fanishionrd for our taste. Shower room downstairs lacks a mirror and the shower itself has very little power and frequently runs cold. Stair treads are very narrow and steep and would be difficult to negotiate for some one with mobility issues

Cosy, traditional terraced cottage in central but quiet location
The location of this place is great. It's very close to Sheringham town centre, close to the railway station(s) and not too far from the sea front. If you are lucky you can even bagsy free on street parking. We had a few problems with our stay though, relating to a cleaner not being booked. However, this was dealt with promptly and taken seriously - and a partial refund was provided.
That said, it felt like the owners were new to renting out the place as holiday accommodation and the place could do with being 'de-personalised' - by which I mean there were ornaments and such that made me feel a little like I was squatting rather than on holiday.
It is a a really cute little place though and I hope they will make some tweaks as I would stay there again - if they'd have me after this frank review! The other downside was the steep staircase, but that says more about my fitness than the house.

Convenient and comfortable
We stayed at No 7 the last week in October. The cottage was perfectly placed for the shops, eateries and transport. We are bird watchers so used the coasthopper buses to get to Cley and Titchwell. Great to return to such a lovely cottage at the end of the day.
We had a lovely stay . A fan would have been nice with the heat !! Almost everything we needed ( fish slice absent). Absolutely perfectly situated and loved Sheringham. Thank you
