The apartment is thoughtfully designed for comfort, with a cosy lounge, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy self‑catering. The king‑size bedroom offers a calm retreat after a day exploring the coast, and the modern bathroom includes a bath with shower over.Ground floor: Communal Front Door into entrance hall with 14 steps leading up to the first floor:
Apartment Front Door: opening into hallway with doors to: Open plan kitchen/Lounge/Dining Room: with vaulted ceiling, double doors leading to small balcony with sea views, sofa, chair, TV with Freeview, Blu-ray/DVD player, living room flows into the dining room and kitchen area. Kitchen/Dining Room: electric oven and gas hob. Integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Well-equipped including a slow cooker and cafetiere. Dining area with table seating for 4 people. Bedroom: with King size bed, built in wardrobe, TV and chest of drawers. Family bathroom: bath with shower over. WC and washbasin.
Amenities: Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. Pets permitted: maximum 1 small dog at £20.00 per week. This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. Location: beach 184ft, local shop and pub 2 minute walk. The very popular Adventure Island Crazy Golf is a 1 minute stroll and Mundesley Golf Course is 1.2 miles drive away. Outside: Allocated parking space.
Please note: Your stay comes with Leisure Club Membership to Trimingham Leisure Club, Woodland Holiday Park, NR111 8QJ - A short 3 mile drive from the apartment. Lovely apartment

Really enjoyed my stay in Mundesley and this apartment was fully equipped and a perfect base just a short walk from the front and with sea views. Highly recommended!

Good location

Apartment was well equipt and comfortable and in a good location. I've only given 3 stars as the soft furnishing dog hair all over them. In kitchen area I went to wipe up a spill with the mop but it was filthy and full of hair. So I used some kitchen roll it was in the corner by the dish washer and was shocked as the corner was black and full of hair. As much as we enjoyed the week I wasn't happy with the floor cleaning. On reading a review I saw they had 2 dogs in the apartment before us. I think if dogs are allowed a more thorough clean needs to be done. I have photos if needed. The rest of the apartment was cleaned ok.

Amazing clean and peaceful

Upon arrival and with very clear instructions very easy to get in to apartment. And wow clean clean clean. We settled in after our long drive and must say was so clean and neat and tidy, with a folder full of instructions and menus. We found everything we needed was available to us plates cups glass knife forks even salt and pepper. Water pressure in shower was amazing and water was hot. The area is amazing and peaceful and you can sit on balcony with a cup of tea (how English lol) and sea view is amazing, We were so lucky that the weather was so nice during our stay, the area is so nice and only short drives to other beaches, and I highly recommend brancaster beach and Holkham beach also go and see the seals at Morston Quay we used Beans boats the two of us plus our two dogs, then on way back stopped and had some Cromer crabs at Salt House. We would definitely stay here again an I give the apartment and host 5 stars, thank you for a lovely holiday :)

snow and gale force winds...think we pick the wrong week for a 4 day break. Abeautiful apartment, warm and cosy, will probably book again instead of day trips to Mundesley, we love this village

Perfect location. Lovely village feel by the sea. Flat was fantastic, everything you could need. Decor is warm and welcoming. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen fully kitted. We ate out most nights but did make a casserole in the slow cooker, just what we needed after a day spent walking. Would love to go back.

A perfect location for a short stay holiday . Clean and comfortable. A 2 minute stroll to the local pub with the most fantastic view of the sea in the gardens. Mundesley is refreshingly quaint and small but has the tick lists for convenience. Beach walks galore. We had beautiful weather for our stay...perfect

Excellent apartment

The apartment is modern, well equipped and in an excellent location. It is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. From the balcony you can watch the sun go down and also see the sea. WiFi work very well as does the TV. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal except microwave containers. Plenty of space to hang and store your clothes in the bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. Its situation is perfect. Two minutes from the beach and the nearest pub. There are great walks along the beach and inland too. We hope to return, as we had such a fantastic time.

Brilliat holiday

Items short in the flat were as follows teapot,milk jug,knives and forks are not user friendly and no tablets for the dishwasher apart from the aformmentioned items the flat and it's position are brilliant and we would not hesitate to recommend and use again and again.
