Designed for the pleasure of living close to nature, the Rouffignac gîte is located in a renovated traditional Périgord complex overlooking the Beune valley, classified as a remarkable Natura 2000 natural area representative of the sub-Mediterranean areas of the Dordogne, and an exceptional archaeological area with the highest concentration in the world of engraved Paleolithic sites.

We have set up a barn with at your disposal : two table-tennis tables, one baby-foot, and bicycles : it's the favorite rallying point for children...

The Lascaux cave, nicknamed Sistine Chapel of parietal art, Les Eyzies, capital of prehistory, Sarlat, the most famous of the medieval towns, the Padirac chasm, the incredible castles of the Dordogne valley, the wild Vézère valley.

We can advise you for sightseeing and gourmet tours as well as for hikes in the many nearby sites.
