Enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Use of owners’ grounds. Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a spring, there is an unfenced pond, 22 yards and a pond in the owner’s grounds.. Nestling in 24 acres of natural grounds and woodland, this lovely detached holiday cottage is in a beautiful, remote, sheltered location within easy reach of Dufftown. It enjoys direct views of heather clad hills and the majestic Ben Rinnes from the back garden, and regular sighting of local wildlife including red deer. Guests can collect fresh eggs from the hens, and are welcome to explore and enjoy the grounds surrounding the property especially our fenced 3 acre dog paddock.. Enjoy walking, fishing, skiing, horse riding and birdwatching locally. Shop, pub and restaurant 4 miles.

A gorgeous cosy cottage with amazing views. Sharon & Tony were so welcoming and provided everything we needed. It was great fun seeing all the animals and helping with feeding. A gem of a place.

We had a wonderful stay at Nether Bellandy! Tony and Sharon were great hosts and the cottage is surrounded by beautiful scenery in the Scottish highlands. We saw plenty of local bird and wildlife, had great encounters with the farm animals on site and really enjoyed the remote and quiet location. Would definitely stay again!
