Wonderful typical villa with private pool. The house, built in 1949, was recently renovated by the builder's grandchildren. It is a design house in perfect symbiosis between tradition and modernity. Every indoor area is air-conditioned. There is one bedroom, a bathroom, living room with sofa bed, habitable kitchen with a view of the pool. Externally, guests have access to a large garden, private pool, sun loungers, veranda, and BBQ.
