Wonderful country stay

Gianmarco was a perfect host. We enjoyed our short stay just outside Certaldo. Very clean, good AC and Wifi. There are two bedrooms and the third is a sofa bed in the living room. Very nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an excellent stay! The apartment was the perfect base for exploring the local area with our young family. The accommodation was lovely and well kept. We all enjoyed cooling off in the pool with beautiful views over the Tuscan hills. Gianmarco and his family were lovely and so accommodating throughout our stay. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Gelungener Familienurlaub

Die Anlage liegt etwas außerhalb von Certaldo, wunderbar ruhig mit einem traumhaften Blick über die toskanischen Hügel. Bei unserer Ankunft hat uns der Besitzer schon von weiten freundlich zugewunken und wir wurden von ihm und dem Empfangskomitee, bestehend aus 2 liebenswerten Hufhunden, herzlich in Empfang genommen. Der Check in ging schnell und unkompliziert. Gianmarco und seine Familie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und achten deine Privatsphäre. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles da, was man für einen Sommerurlaub braucht und gut erreichbare Ausflugsziele gibt es auch mehr als genug. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man nach kurzer Fahrzeit . Ein besonderes Highlight der Anlage ist der Pool. Der Pool ist sehr groß für max. 2 Familien die ihn nutzen und er wird top gepflegt und sauber gehalten. Wir haben bei Gianmarco und Familie, 2 wunderbar erholsame Ferienwochen verbracht. Danke für alles und vielleicht bis bald.

Großartiger Urlaub bei tollen Gastgebern

Vielen, vielen Dank an Gianmarco und seine Familie für den tollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberfamilie (wohnt im Haus nebenan) ist wirklich immer für alle Anliegen zur Stelle. Der Pool ist ein Traum und die Aussicht macht süchtig: über den hauseigenen Haselnussanbau in ein klassisches toskanisches Tal. Die Einrichtung in der Wohnung ist sehr neuwertig und die Bäder sind Klasse! Es gab sogar einen Spielbereich für unseren Zweijährigen im Garten, eine Grillstelle und einen tollen Sitzbereich im Garten. Einziges, was zu erwähnen ist: nach dem Inserat war nicht ersichtlich, dass es "nur" eine Wohnung ist, wir haben mit einem kleinen Haus gerechnet. Wir hatten Glück, dass die untere Wohnung nicht belegt war, dadurch hatten wir alle Annehmlichkeiten für uns. Und: die Gäste sollten keine Angst vor Hunden haben, die beiden Hofhunde haben unserem Kleinen zuerst einen großen Schreck eingejagt, zuletzt waren sie für ihn aber das beste in diesem Urlaub :)

Un magnifique endroit

Tout ce que l'on attend de la Toscane, avec un accueil chaleureux et une location très complète, confortable et bénéficiant d'une vue magnifique. La piscine et la climatisation ont été très appréciées par forte chaleur. Attention, la maison louée est partagée en deux appartements distincts, ce qui n'est pas forcément clair dans l'annonce, l'extérieur de celle au rez-de-chaussée doit être encore plus agréable que le balcon que nous avions à l'étage. La piscine est donc partagée entre les deux loueurs, mais vu sa taille ce n'est pas un problème ! Nous recommandons fortement !

A wonderful stay in Tuscany

We had a fantastic time staying at this property with our 1 year old daughter and grandparents. It is fully equipped with a large pool and brilliant BBQ set up for cooking in the evenings. Located in a picturesque and quiet location in the Tuscan hills, this is a great base from which to explore the local area. Gianmarco and his family are extremely generous and helpful - I recommend visiting to anyone, and we would definitely visit again!

Alles sehr schön und sauber. Schöne Außenanlagen mit Pool. Tolle Aussicht übers Tal. Drei Restaurants in der Nähe mit unterschiedlichen Speisen.
