About this property
Quiet residence@M6-Preston, Chorley & Samlesbury - driveway for off road parking
Close to the motorway network giving access to the whole of the North West, we are situated close to the town centre and the Guild Wheel making us equally suited to both leisure and business bookings and welcome short term or medium term lets. We are the perfect location for anyone travelling to weddings at Samlesbury Hall or Brockholes Nature Reserve and are proving popular with families travelling for events at the Preston Mormon Temple in nearby Chorley. The house has three bedrooms so easily accommodates three colleagues for a business trip and additional floor mattresses can be provided for larger family groups for a top up fee. Storage space is available on request for luggage, cycles and we have a long private driveway for parking of up to three vehicles. Each booking will have full use of the rental area of the house and the private secure back garden. We have a separate lounge area with books, toys, DVDs and a Smart TV & Bluetooth speaker, and our upstairs bathroom has a fabulous deep soak tub in addition to a separate shower room.

Recently retired from a long career in Education and training I now volunteer and work as a therapeutic arts and crafts practitioner and enjoy hosting visitors in our adjoining property.
Why they chose this property
Dalmore is suitable for couples or small groups of friends, corporate and contractor workers who need a private and safe, secure base whilst working away from home. We are the perfect location for visiting friends family or students in this University town, for attending weddings or celebrations, to explore the North West in all directions but equally we are perfectly placed to accommodate Aerospace, hospital, care, construction or any other visiting professionals requiring temporary accommodation.
What makes this property unique
Three comfortable bedrooms, full living room with smart TV, two bathroom areas, large off road driveway and very close proximity to M6.
We are conveniently placed for University buildings, local hospitals and both BAe sites. We are also the ideal base for exploring the Fylde Coast, Lake District, East Lancs areas, Manchester, Blackpool, Liverpool and Lancaster but, most importantly, Preston itself is an historic town with loads to offer itself!
Our location is also close to the Guidl Wheel for any keen cyclists, and a short walk from the Brockholes Nature reserve for any avid nature and wildlife enthusiasts. A short drive away is Longton Brickcroft.
