The apartment is located on the beachfront. It has a nice terrace with sea views and free Wifi access.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, juice squeezer, blender, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, iron and ironing board, etc....

Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment. It also has air conditioning with centralised heat pump throughout the apartment.

The building has direct pedestrian access to the promenade and has an outdoor swimming pool and a heated swimming pool open from October to May. Both are free of charge for our clients.

You have the option of renting an outdoor parking space or underground garage for an additional cost.

estupenda estancia en Calpe

Nos resulta muy cómodo para ir de vacaciones a la playa con un niño de 4 años. Ubicación perfecta y muy bien distribuido. Sería mejorable la limpieza del baño y unos cuchillos y tijera de cocina que cortaran mejor.

Es la 3ª vez que voy a estos apartamentos, la ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la playa y supermercados. El apartamento tiene buenas vistas y en general todo es perfecto para desconectar unos días de la rutina.

El aprtamento está en una ubicación excelente y tiene todas las comodidades

Las vistas desde la terraza son excepcionales El baño estaba limpio pero al pasar el mocho por el suelo se quedó con un olor raro, creo que estaba para cambiar.

Todo. El piso está en una ubicación inmejorable. El piso estaba muy limpio y la comunidad, todo excelente El WIFI deja mucho que desear. La conexión es muy mala, pero bueno, de vacaciones uno va a desconectar
