We stayed at this property, as 2 families in August. Communication from the host was excellent throughout, meeting us at the property to make sure we settled in. The location is quiet, there is a small supermarket with all the amenities at the end of the road, only a 2 minute walk. Access to the tram, is also 2 mins away, taking you into Soller town or the beach. Trams run hourly. The villa is large. Bedrooms are all a good size. The pool area is fantastic, with 2 connected pools, one for younger children. Large terrace with cove, off the back of the house for eating. The views of the mountains form the garden are spectacular. Highly recommend would return in a heartbeat!

Large traditional house in Soller

We chose the house as we were a group of 6 friends and the ‘bed’ configuration was ideal. The house faces the street, & is very large. We loved the garden and pool, and overall had a fabulous stay. We had a few niggles and Carla and her mother were very quick to respond & were very nice to deal with. If they changed a few very simple things it would make a huge deal deference. House: 4 bedrooms. 3 have A/C. Ground floor twin room which is en-suite only had a fan and was very hot (we stayed end of June). It needs A/C. You can’t open the windows due to mosquitoes so we were v hot at night, even with a ceiling and floor standing fan. The house is ‘almost’ excellent. The kitchen equipment is very basic. We had to ask for tea towels plus v.little cooking equipment. We were catering for 6 adults & not really enough serving dishes, only basic cutlery, no veg peeler, garlic press. We had stayed in loads of villas before & this had the least kitchen stuff we’ve ever had. The towels weren’t great quality - one per person, no spares. Bigger bath towels and more hand towels would feel more luxurious. Beds were fairly new & comfortable…... Sheets very thin & some sort of waterproof mattress cover made us even hotter in the non A/C room. The main issue was the lack of an information ‘manual’. How to use the oven/microwave/washing machine. No local info at all - is. Taxi numbers/recommended local restaurants/shops etc. took us 3 days to find an amazing deli 3 doors away

Fantastisch

Het is een geweldig mooi, groot , authentiek huis, met een prachtige tuin. Het ontvangst was hartelijk door Carla en Barbara. Vragen werden meteen beantwoord door hen. De ligging van het huis was prima , op loopafstand van het centrum van Soller en het strand. Echt een aanrader.

The perfect holiday

Super friendly sisters met us upon arrival, showed us everything we needed to know about the house. The responded very quickly if we needed anything during the stay. We stayed for 10days and could easily been there a week more. The house is even better in reality than in the pictures. The pools are perfect for kids and for adults to play and relax. Nice grill in the backyard for lovely barbecue. It's approx 10-15min walk in to sóller or 2min walk to bus and tram. Highly recommended!!!
