It is a delightful and stylish first floor apartment close to San Barnaba Church, the Baroque and sumptuous Palazzo Ca’ Rezzonico (now dedicated to the 18th century Venice Museum) and Campo Santa Margherita with its coffee bars, restaurants and open air markets.

One bedroom apartment accurately furnished with antiques, composed of living room with a double sofa-bed, a full equipped separated kitchen, a large and well furnished bedroom with bathroom en-suite (with shower)

It is a winning combination of comfort, style and allure in one of the most exclusive locations of the historical core of the city and in the heart of the Dorsoduro district.

This apartment is truly unique for its layout and it offers gorgeous views over two secrets Venetian gardens.

The poggiolo (small balcony) over one of the gardens, in the living room, will enchant you.

The whole interior has recently been restored.

It is few steps far from the Ca' Rezzonico boat stop and from the Alilaguna boat stop (the boat service from and to Venice airport).

Great Location, beautiful gardens

The apartment is in a great location with easy access to all the popular spots but also quiet with 2 good restaurants and the DaVinci museum nearby. It is darker than shown in the pictures but the garden views are lovely.

Heaven in Venice

What an adorable apartment. Large and spacious. Easy to get to. Beautiful views of private gardens. Nicely furnished. Gourmet kitchen (my husband is a Chef and loved it). Even a washing machine all in our favorite neighborhood in Venice. We highly recommend this house!

We did not go because of chaotic payment system

We did not go to stay in this property because of the host's chaotic payment system which culminated in our cards being blocked but the host still being able to take our money.

Dear Guest, the decision not to stay in our apartment was entirely yours. The chaotic payment system is not ours, but that of VRBO and your credit card, which has a limited credit limit. We assisted you in every possible way, but you chose to cancel the day before your arrival. Therefore, according to the cancellation policy, you were not entitled to a refund. I do not feel comfortable recommending this guest to future hosts

A lovely property so close to the vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal. This stop serves the local ACTV service and the Alilaguna link direct from the airport. Communication with the host agency was first class and done through WhatsApp. We loved this Dorsoduro location with a couple of squares within a one to five minute walk offering a number of restaurants for dining. There is a mini supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and plenty of bars just a short stroll away. The Rialto bridge is a 20 minute walk and St Mark's Square and the Doge's Place a similar distance. The apartment felt safe and secure and was very clean. The decor was very tasteful and the furniture fitted well with the vibe of this beautiful city. The kitchen was well equipped although we only used it for breakfast and sometimes a light lunch, choosing to eat out in the evening. The bed was very comfortable and spacious (a super king size). The internet connection was lightning fast (838 Mbps down and 517 Mbps up). I would mention that, despite the narrow alleyways and four storey buildings of Venice, we had 5G cellular coverage most of the time. If we should return to Venice, we would not hesitate to rebook this apartment.
