Great for families

We enjoyed our stay! It was close enough to easily walk to Plaza Mayor, super market, and Chess Cafe on the corner became a new favorite. Having 2 bathrooms was really great for our family!

Great stay!

We have a great stay in Madrid. We have trouble locating the apartment at first but the host was very responsive. The apartment was clean and pretty comfortable. We enjoyed our experience.

Nice place in a good location

A little hard to find, but the property manager was very helpful with that. The place was a little bit from the city center, but in walking distance and close to the Metro. Would definitly recommend this place.

Nice apartment & location!

Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. It is conveniently located near a metro stop, grocery store, shops, restaurants & walkable or very short ride to Plaza Mayor. The apartment was very nice, clean & well equipped. Soledad & Miguel were very friendly & the check-in & check-out was very smooth.

Nice n tidy apartment

The property was clean and a short walking distance to many resturants, bus and train station. Miguel and his sister were communicative prior to our arrival and he met us outside the property. Check in was simple and i enjoyed our stay

Super local to metro underground, fab pool and a lovely apartment. Was great and easy to get to including access for mobility Walker (mum) Quite hilly up to El Rastro, so not for those with mobility issues. Would stay again. Apartment was great size with ex facilities. A*

Great apartment for family

Very clean and spacious appartment. Sofa bed was comfortable for teenage son. Location was good - only a 15-20 minute walk to the Playa Mayor. Lidl just across the road. Quiet at night. Miguel was great and met us to check in and show us around the appartment.

Appartement grand, propre, silencieux et très bien situé. Nous avons sillonné Madrid à pied (bien que le métro soit à 3min.) : le Prado, le parc du Retiro, musée "reine Sofia", maison de Lope de Vega, musée Sorolla... et bien sûr les avenues, rues, ruelles.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía, éramos una familia de cinco adultos y estábamos cómodos. El apartamento está súper limpio y muy bien ubicado. Helle und große Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Schöne und helle Wohnung. Die Wohnung geht zu einem Innenhof raus. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist allerdings nicht so doll, nur wenige Teller und Töpfe, Gläser gibt es aber in ausreichender Zahl. Es gibt aber einen großen Kühl- und TK-Schrank. Zur Metro sind es nur 2 min., Restaurants und Supermärkte sind auch in unmittelbarerer Nähe.Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt.

Ideale ligging vlakbij metro

Heerlijk groot appartement om in te verblijven in Madrid. De metro ligt heel dichtbij en daardoor ben je zo in hartje Madrid.

Estuvimos 5 personas pasando unos días y realmente disfrutamos mucho del apartamento. Todo muy limpio y bien organizado. Jacobo nos recibió y atendió estupendamente. El piso está muy bien ubicado; cerca del centro y al lado de una boca de metro por si no quieres andar. Lo recomendamos sin duda.

Alojamiento espacioso, con todo lo necesario y con excelente ubicación: a distancia caminable del centro y de las principales zonas de interés. Durante nuestra estancia no necesitamos coger el metro. El personal amable, accesible y dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo necesario. El salón es más luminoso que lo que muestran las fotos. Muy contentos.
