We had a great weekend staying at this property. Communication with the the host great. Location is fantastic, there is so much to do in walking distance and the harbour was so pretty with the Christmas lights on the boats. We will be back!

Nina thank you very much for this feedback, we appreciate it so much. We can't wait to host you again in the future. Clark Anderson Properties
This property is lovely, so bright and cheery. It's an excellent location - close to the train station and next door to the harbour. There's plenty of space for a group to be comfortable.
Had a great stay in Arbroath. Property was perfect for our party of 6 , very clean and well equipped and close to Carnoustie GC where we were all week. Some great pubs nearby for eating out too.
A big thank you to the agents who really helped us when we locked ourselves out one day.
Hope to be back in the future.
Perfectly located, comfortable and clean accommodation. The upstairs kitchen was well provided for self catering. The view over the harbour is a highlight.
Contact via the Guest Portal failed during the months before our stay. Email contact was frustrating. For this reason we would hesitate to recommend this stay to overseas guests.

At the time of your booking, our systems were undergoing several updates, which unintentionally caused delays. Please be assured this was never our intention, and we’re sorry for any frustration this caused. We’ve since finalised our communication systems, so you should not encounter the same issues in future bookings.

Pat we're so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at Pelshaven Cottage. You've given us a craving for a good fish supper too! Thanks for being the best guests. All the best, and we hope to host you again soon. The CAP Team
The house is absolutely gorgeous! Maintained to a very high standard. Gorgeous bedrooms and a beautiful lounge area which was ideal for our trip. Our gran is approaching 90 and we wanted to spend time with her somewhere relaxing and nice. This was perfect! The views are spectacular! The house has everything you may need and the hosts have thought of everything. Hosts were in contact if we needed them and are very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely return 😊 Thank you ☺️
Excellent property, and location. Just what we were looking for and streamless process. Only marked down on check-in - although very straight forward, the house upon arrival was very cool, no instructions on heating or wifi. Finally found a square box and discovered it was heating and needed to hit a switch on boiler too. Wifi code was also in the same place. Perhaps a note on the glass table with the square box and wifi code would have saved us a lot of searching, scratching heads and frustrated on-line help assist.... yes your property has heating and wife, but no further guidance. We got there in the end and everything became warm and toasty. We would absolutely stay there again!

Absolutely loved this property, everything you need for a relaxing weekend away with my gal pals...
All the rooms very bright and spacious, fantastic views of the harbour and the sea...
The lounge upstairs was fab for entertaining, kitchen very spacious.
Wee ice-cream shop next to us was awesome as was our trip to the local Italian restaurant Azzuro, food and service amazing and very reasonable.
A lovely big property, very clean, great layout with a kitchen, bathroom and living room on each floor. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Could not have asked for more and we will be back !
Flat was lovely with large rooms and loads of space. Set right at the picturesque harbour- with most amazing views. Would be great for two families as there are two kitchens and living spaces, or a group of friends.
