TV, air conditioning and heating. Fully equipped kitchen, 20 minutes walk from the famous Gran Vía, 20 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. The apartment also has an elevator.
The apartment has the below facilities:

The space is fully furnished and decorated to high standards. This accommodation offers a comfortable stay in the center of Madrid, close to many high-end restaurants, bars and shops at the distance of the apartment, very elegant, it is the perfect place for anyone who wants to spend a temporary time in the vibrant and exciting center of Madrid.AREA
The area where the apartment is located is very quiet and you can find different terraces where you can have a drink and relax. You will have several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Also, if you are going to travel by train from the Atocha station, you can walk directly. Perfectly connected to the Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía stops and even a pleasant walk from them.The Reina Sofía Museum is just a 4-minute walk away and the Retiro Park is 15 minutes away.The Atocha station is a 3-minute walk away, the Arte metro station a few minutes on foot.

Location: The apartment is located 5 minutes of walk from the Estacion del Arte metro, which is 3 stations away from the city center.We usually walked there by foot for about 30 minutes. The Retiro park is 10 minutes away by foot. The Atosha railway station is also 5-10 minutes away. Few small supermarkets are in a proximity of 1-2 minutes. The neighborhood is save and people are pretty nice.Apartment: Very cozy, pretty small, but was just OK for a family with 2 kids as one bed can be opened to 2 sleeping places or one can sleep on the couch in the living room. The apartment is very clean, the busy road can't be heard as the windows face the rear.Communication: Jose (Daniel) are really responsive, one can expect them to answer within several minutes.

La receccion en el apartamento y la atencion telefonica fue buenisima . Resolvieron y aclarron todos los problemas y dudas que tenia . Tambien tuvieron que esperar mas de media hora a que llegasemos , por problemas en el transporte .
