This apartment is located in the city centre, a few metres from La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have appetizers on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.
The apartment:
Bright and spacious, cosy and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment invites you to stay as soon as you enter.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with lift, has an area of 85 m² and has the perfect layout for 8 people. Ideal for families with children or groups of friends.
Upon entering, you can enjoy a living room decorated with great taste, with a comfortable sofa bed and a beautiful living area.
It has three bedrooms, two of them with double beds, and the third room has two single beds.
The kitchen, independent from the living room, is equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler.
The bathroom is modern and has a shower. There is WiFi connection, heating.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within about 150 metres from the apartment.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in the living room.
Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard
