Welcome to our beautiful house in King's Lynn. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.


To make your stay even more relaxing, you can enjoy the onsite private hot tub.
Staying here also allows you access to the private garden.
Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too!


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

The house was just as described. Everything was clean and the house was well equipped. The location of the house was good, in a nice village with shops, pubs, and places to eat all within walking distance. We were able to visit lots of the surrounding towns and beaches. I will definitely booking to stay again.

Fabulous weekend getaway

Fantastic and spacious property, great for the family and a great base to explore the local area. The hot tub was fabulous and private and not overlooked. We would definitely stay here again. Only request would be for hooks on the back of doors, somewhere to hang coats and a couple more chopping boards. Thank you

Lovely little bungelow tv was very slow and hot tub not working properly.

Property was clean and tidy upon arrival choice of bedrooms which was nice, tv very slow and hottub jets not working buthost informed us after booking overall good butcould bebetter fair distance from a beach but good base for exploring the area.loved holkham nature reserve great for dogs.

Clean, neat and quiet location.

Nice bungalow, very clean. Was able to stay with our dogs for an extra price of £25 per dog, we have three. Garden was almost perfect though the low side gate meant it wasn’t fully secure and would have been easily jumped so we had to supervise. Nice beach near by and the local woods for a dog walk. We took our own bedding and towels rather than paying extra as we only stayed for one night. Little disappointed to find out that we had to pay for the hot tub as this wasn’t mentioned in the listing, if staying for a week I get it. For just one night we decided not to pay extra and didn’t use it despite looking forward to it. Just some feedback somewhere to hang coats would be really helpful. Overall a good stay thank you.
