The flat is perfect for two couples or a family of four.
It consists of two separate but communicating 'open plan' units which are joined together by the common entrance hall.
Each unit consists of a sleeping area with double bed and built-in wardrobe, and a living area with kitchenette.

We loved this apartment and would definitely stay here again. The location is fantastic. The views, amazing, great from every window. We loved being on the canals. The hosts are great to work with, very helpful. Thank you!!! We loved Venice.

Amazing place!

I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Venice. The location can’t be beat - shopping, restaurants, cafes - all within a 2 minute walk. Plus, once you look out or open the windows, you are on the canal with all of the gondolas. It’s amazing! You do have to go up about 6 states to get into the place (important if have older people with you). The beds are small (queen?), but there is a pullout sleeper. We had 3 people in the unit and it was perfect! Would totally stay here again! Have the water taxi drop you off right at the apartment (not at the local taxi stop). This is a real gem in Venice!
