Our family had a wonderful stay in Newport. The house was clean and well stocked with paper, towels and other supplies. There are two bathrooms which are a bit small and also a larger outdoor shower. Bedrooms are a good size and we loved the outdoor screened in porch.

Amazing Rental

Camille's rental was a joy to stay at. Cant beat the location (walk to restaurants and beaches) and the house was perfect for a family. We had a great stay.

Comfortable house & great location

Excellent location - easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants or a short bike or drive into Newport; plenty of space for 6 adults, kitchen has everything you need, and the AC worked well; we especially loved the outdoor shower and screened in porch

Great property, great location

The property is adorable and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and even into town. It is a very comfortable house with plenty of room inside and out. The kitchen is nicely appointed, it has everything you need to cook a meal. We really enjoyed our stay.

Newport /Middletown Line

House is in a great location on a quiet road with quick access to the beach or restaurants. Very well maintained and super kid friendly. Camille was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Peaceful but convenient to the hub bub

Loved the open layout and the covered porch! We slept with windows open and enjoyed the ocean breeze as we were only a few blocks from the sea. It was a very convenient short drive to downtown, a peaceful retreat for hanging out and visiting in between activities. The hostess was great.

Perfect kick-off to summer

House was perfectly clean, all needed ammenities, and short easy walk to beach. All bedrooms comfy and two full bathrooms were perfect for 6 adults. The screened porch was amazing for morning coffee and playing games at night. Everything needed to make amazing seafood dinner at home with seafood from local fish market, plus short drive to downtown Newport for a chartered sailboat ride and shopping/eating out. Camille was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Will be back for sure.

Adorable beach house in fantastic location

I stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and 2 other couples (for the Newport Folk Festival.) It was the perfect location to walk down to the beach or cliff walk every morning and a quick Uber ride to downtown Newport. Walking distance to restaurants, a liquor store, an ice cream shop and a brewery. Loved the outdoor shower after a morning at the beach. You can see the ocean from the front porch and hear the waves. It was really hot and humid and the AC units did their job for the most part but the house (especially the master bedroom) could really benefit from a dehumidifier as it felt really damp all weekend (but I'm not sure it would have made a difference.) Camille was very responsive and helpful but not at all intrusive. Loved our time here!

Newport Getaway

Overall, we had a wonderful trip and great experience with our rental. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions but outside the hustle and bustle of the town itself. The enclosed porch on the property was like a little getaway in itself, perfect for reading and listening to the crickets outside at night. Our host, Camille, was very accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. Overall, we had a much needed and relaxing stay!

Perfect family spot for Newport

We had a lovely time as a family at this property. The house matched the description and pictures perfectly, and Camille was a great host. The house was stocked with just the right essentials, which was convenient for the few things I had forgotten. We loved the proximity to the beach, local restaurants, and even downtown Newport. The sea breeze kept the house comfortable during the day, and the AC units helped us sleep well at night. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Family Vacation

This rental worked out great for us. There was plenty of room and we enjoyed having the deck to eat outside. The kids loved the outdoor shower after we had been to the beach!

Beautiful Spot for a Getaway

Had a wonderful stay. Camille is a lovely host. The house couldn't have been more perfect; totally spotless and organized. The location was where you'd want to be (between first and second beach). Everything was wonderful. My friends and I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Stay - Can't wait to come back!!!

My family of 4 (including 2 little ones - 3 & 5) had a great stay in Rhode Island - especially due to the property! Camille was so thoughtful with her communication back to us and reminders - and so nice to stop by the first day to ensure we had everything! The property was perfect for a family - the bedrooms were close together, great living space - and I can't say enough about the patio!! so lovely to have that every evening! Highly recommend the location as well to the beach and Newport (everything was 5-7 min away!)
