Each apartment comes with 95sqm and located in a Modernist building with lift and CCTV.

Each unit is distributed in 3 bedrooms, (5 single beds), 2 complete bathrooms, a living area with a double sofa bed (for the 6th and 7th guests) and a balcony and an equipped kitchen.

The apartments comes with WIFI, TV with international channels, air conditioning/heating, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, towels and bed linens for each guest, free toiletries and welcome cleaning pack.

The building is located by Passeig Sant Joan and Gran Via, at 10 minutes walking to Ciutadella Park, Sagrada Familia, Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia...
The metro station Tetuan (L2 the purple one) is at 20 meters. Many supermarkets, bakeries, shops, cafés in the surroundings!

philip was very kind and answered all the questions I asked him. There were 24 of us who went and we had a good time, the bathrooms needed some fixing, but for the rest everything was really perfect.

What I love most about Barcelona is its incredible balance. In the same day, you can enjoy breakfast in a quiet neighborhood café, wander through streets full of history and stunning architecture, spend the afternoon by the Mediterranean, and finish with dinner at one of the city's amazing restaurants. If you prefer nature, the mountains are just around the corner. There's always something new to discover.

Over the years, I've come to appreciate not only the famous landmarks but also the little things: the local markets, hidden squares, neighborhood bakeries, peaceful walks, and places that don't always appear in travel guides.

Hosting gives me the opportunity to share a city that has given me so much. I will do my best to make you feel at home and help you experience Barcelona beyond the typical tourist attractions. Whether you're looking for the best tapas, a quiet beach, a scenic hike, or simply practical advice, we'll be happy to help.

Why they chose this property

"Eixample" means Extension.
This district exists since 1860, after the demolition of the medieval ramparts. Today it is a vast commercial and residential district. Its perpendicular streets, give the city a new vision.
A small Museum in the open air, the "Golden square" concentrates the biggest number of modernistic buildings in the city. Frontages of wood, glass, iron and ceramics: an architectural delight. This area is famous for its modern architecture. The building frontages are almost never the same. Barcelona’s Eixample district is the result of the city’s expansion project drawn up by the famous architect Ildefons Cerdà and begun in 1860. It is one of the world’s most unusual urban spaces and Barcelona’s personality lies, to a great extent, in the unique layout of this district.
The modernist hallmark is centered around a relatively small area, the central hub of the Passeig de Gràcia, being the most elegant quarter for shopping.
