Nice and comfortable portion of a single villa divided into two independent units, surrounded by greenery and away from the noise, very close to the paradisiacal beaches of the area and a stone's throw from the center which is a few hundred meters away, suitable for young people but also for families with children and for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday away from the chaos. Nearby there are Pizzerias, Bars, Restaurants, Market and all services. The house is new and has everything from a to z

R House II is a recently built villa located in the center of Budoni in a new and elegant hilly residential area just a few minutes walk from the services, its position as well as very comfortable, and enjoys a well-ventilated position overlooking the surrounding hills, facing the center and Piazza Italia with its shopping center, which is really a few steps away and therefore very convenient to the pedestrian area where in the evening a colorful night market takes place, restaurants, supermarkets, services and shops can therefore be easily reached on foot.
- The villa is located a few real minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches in the area, the closest is that of the "Salamaghe" beach of thin white sand with shallow and crystalline waters surrounded by flowery dunes with the scent of helichrysum and a thick and shaded one pine forest, ideal for sheltering from the heat, for sporting activities or simply relaxing while sipping an aperitif at the kiosk.
R House II is a villa divided into two independent solutions with a garden furnished in a modern style with attention to the smallest details, equipped with all comforts. We already welcome you! It will be a pleasure for us to host you :-)

Wonderful house in Budoni

The house was very clean, nice modern decoration and toilets. Beds were comfortable and the house had perfect temperature. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything you need for meals. Walking distance to Budoni center where everynight there is a market in the main road that they close to traffic. Definitely recommend.

Das Haus war wunderschön! Die Lage ist super, in der Nähe sind alle wichtigen Geschäffte zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, komfortablel und gepflegt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, war perfekt. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder! Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Erdgeschoßwohnumg mit Terasse und Garten. Alles extrem sauber und modern. Wirklich schöne Wohnung. Barbara ist das Highlight extrem nett und sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Man fasst schnell vertrauen. Im Haus fühlt man sicher. Alles prima im ganzen. Aufgefallen ist sonst nur, dass das Wlan nicht funktioniert im zweiten Zimmer. Aber war für uns nicht weiter schlimm. Empfelenswert. 👍

Schönes Apartment, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Budoni‘s Restaurants sind einfach und zu Fuß erreichbar. Kommunikation fand über WhatsApp statt.

Immer wieder gerne

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, in einem sehr guten Zustand. Durch die Lage sind die zentralen Punkte von Budoni zu Fuß bequem erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung, welche bereits vor der Anreise begann und bis zum Ende tadellos funktionierte, war hervorragend.

Alles Top! Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung!

Sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung in einer Anliegerstraße mit schönem Garten und Terrasse. Das Haus ist etwas höher gelegen, so dass man eine angenehme Briese geniessen kann. Tolle stylische Einrichtung mit allem was man braucht. Sogar Waschmittel, Duschgel, Rasierschaum,Spülmaschinentaps, viele Gewürze und Öle etc. haben uns erwartet. Eine Wohnung zum absoluten Wohlfühen und mega sauber!!!Parkplatz direkt gebenüber des Hauses. Eine sehr sichere Gegend. Pizzeria ein paar Schritte entfernt und sehr lecker. Zentrum fussläufig (nicht mal 5 Minuten entfernt) zu erreichen mit netten Geschäften, Supermärkten, Eisdiele, Bäckerei, Restaurants, Café und Nachtmarkt. Der Strand ist fussläufig ca. 20 Min. entfernt und schön. Ein Auto lohnt sich auf alle Fälle, denn es gibt sehr viele umliegende Traumstände, die man sich unbedingt genießen muss! Barbara eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die sehr schnell auf alle Fragen und Anmerkungen reagiert. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen für einen absoluten Wohlfühl-Traumurlaub!!!!
