Villa Oliver By MenorcaMPC | Fantastic house

The bedrooms:

- One double bedroom with a large double bed, AIR CONDITIONING, safe, private bathroom, and wardrobe.
- Two double bedrooms with single beds, wardrobes, and AIR CONDITIONING in both.

The kitchen:
- Equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian coffee maker (screw type), blender (handheld blender), toaster, kitchen utensils, and tableware. (Includes a paella pan)
- IMPORTANT: We do NOT provide oil, salt, and pepper.

The living room:
- The living room is equipped with a 42" TV, WiFi (throughout the house), 2 three-seater sofas, a dining table for 6, and an outdoor terrace facing the pool.

The two bathrooms:
- An en-suite bathroom within the double bedroom, featuring a large shower, toilet, sink, and a large mirror.
- A second bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and two vanity areas in front of a nearly 2m wide mirror.

The pool:
- Large pool. Please remember that it's mandatory for children to always be accompanied by adults.
- The pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing area with loungers and garden furniture.
- Ping-pong area.

The barbecue:
- It's a huge built-in barbecue located in the pool area.
- It has a large preparation area and utensils for grill enthusiasts."


THE AREA

CAP D'ARTRUTX
- It's a very quiet and pleasant place with a Lighthouse that serves as a restaurant and viewpoint; its strong point is the breathtaking sunset views. Don't miss them!

SON XORIGUER BEACH
- Located 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes walking, it's an area for water sports (diving, sailing boats, windsurfing, speedboats), restaurants with sea views... Highly recommended!!
- If you prefer leisurely activities, from this beach, you can access the most beautiful beaches like Cala Macarella and Macarelleta, Cala Turqueta... via "Camí de Cavalls," a rural path. Check the distances to be covered.

Lovely family break. Villa was good size for 6 adults. Location is excellent, very quiet but so close to shops, bars and restaurants. Less than 5 mins to the marina. Ticked all the boxes for us

Great villa

Lovely villa, clean and comfortable, all facilities perfect and lots of quality air con. Could get a nice breeze through the living area so didn’t need it as much. Lots of outdoor space with some shaded areas, plenty of loungers and a fabulous pool. Miguel was excellent, really helpful throughout and always quick to help on WhatsApp when we had a question. Location is good, a couple of minutes from the harbour and restaurants. A lovely well looked after place, recommend to anybody.

Villa Oliver, Menorca

The villa is in a great position. In a small cul-de-sac so quite peaceful, yet only a couple of hundred yards from 3 small supermarkets. Also very close to the marina and all it's many restaurants covering all cuisines and prices. The beach was just a little further on but an easy stroll. The villa is spacious, maybe a bit 60's ish but nicely furnished and extensively equipped. A real home from home. Some steps to negotiate, tricky if you have any mobility issues, but otherwise not a problem. Nice pool ( not heated )and surroundings. Clean, tidy, well maintained and generously equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs and a box of pool toys. Bed was comfortable and water pressure/shower impressive. Miguel, our host, was great. Took time to explain the local areas and restaurants, many of which we visited. We stayed a week and would thoroughly recommend
