Nestled between the Campidoglio and Palatino hills, just next to the Roman Forum, in the historic neighborhood "Rione Ripa", it is located in the most romantic place possible, in the heart of the Ancient Rome and is a perfect starting point to explore Rome and its wonders.
Perfect for couples and families, the apartment has a modern design furniture and is equipped with a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed and a bathroom.
The direct road entrance gives onto Via dei Fienili, a delightful and ancient road which also appears in various film productions, first of all "We All Loved Each Other So Much".
The neighborhood is delightful and very well organized. Within a 20-meters radius from the apartment there is everything you could need for a few days' stay: a bar, a tobacconist, the legendary InRoma restaurant (one of the best Carbonara pasta in Rome since 1917) and, last but not least, Lorenzo's (another Lorenzo, not me!) grocery store, well stocked and with the highest quality local products.
It is possible to walk to all the most important attractions and all the most beautiful neighborhoods of Rome: Trastevere, Jewish Ghetto, Campo de' Fiori, Monti, all within 15-20 minutes on foot.

Amazing location! Perfect stay!

Our stay in Rome was made perfect by having an amazing place to return to at the end of everynight! Our host was very helpful. Check in and out process was very easy. Loved the restaurants across the way. No complaints! Definitely will be back!

Great stay!

What a perfect spot to see Rome! So many places to see within walking distance. Starting with the beautiful old church right next door. The little store right next where the young man was very knowledgeable about a choice of wine and also meat and cheeses for a light meal plus great choices for bread. The restaurant was a great place to enjoy a quiet meal outside. Thank you so much for sharing with us.

We loved this apartment! It was a great location for us, next to circus Maximus and Roman Forum. There was a little store to buy waters and drinks across the way. The size of the apartment was great for us and our two teenage daughters. So much better than a small hotel room. Also very clean! Hayat was great to work with. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and very clean

Only issue was with the lack of hot water in the shower. It would take 30+ min to get it warm and then the water pressure was very low. Great location, very clean. Responsive contact.

Excellent location and apartment in Rome!!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location was amazing. The pictures are exactly what the apartment looks like! Great for 4 people or a family traveling with 2 kids. You step right out near a beautiful church and near Palentine Hill. Beautiful! There is a great little bar right outside the door for breakfast in the morning or cocktails in the evening. 2 great restaurants outside the front door too which we enjoyed for dinner. There is a fun little restaurant just around the corner too called Normale which is amazing! Hayat and his communication was excellent. He helped us with any questions we had and was very responsive throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean and has absolutely everything you need and great Italian touches throughout! We would highly recommend this property!

Couldn't be happier with this place!

I'm just finishing up my stay here in Rome, and I couldn't be happier about staying at this apartment! The owner and her family have been wonderful - helpful, informational and accommodating! The apartment is exactly as described and so close to all the most popular attractions! For those sites a little farther away, the metro is a short walk away, or you can hop on one of the many city buses with an even shorter walk. The street the apartment is on is beautiful, quiet and has a small delicatessen, 2 restaurants (with waiters that speak very good English) and a tabacchi that sells just about everything - including tickets for the metro/bus! Everywhere you turn here in Rome is something beautiful, and I felt pleased that one of those things was the apartment I was staying in here. I can't thank the owner and her family enough, and hope to come back here again soon!

Au coeur de la ville éternelle !

Appartement avec sa cafetière italienne très bien localisé, en plein dans la Rome Antique accessible à pied Colisée (15 min), Forum et forum boarium (5 min), Cirque Maximus (20 min), thermes de Caracalla (25 min), Panthéon et Pizza Navona (15 à 20 min), Capitole (musée et statue de Marc Aurèle), Palatin et colonne Trajane (5 min), en bus (arrêt à 5 min à pieds) le Vatican / Château Saint Ange en 30 min. L'appartement est super comme sur la description, Lorenzo vous permettra si vous le souhaitez d'avoir accès à un taxi depuis FCO (aéroport) pour un prix très intéressant et 30 min de trajet ce qui évite pour un tarif équivalent de prendre le train puis de la gare un bus et de perdre plus d'une heure et du stress dans les correspondances. Nous recommandons vivement et si nous devons y revenir car nous n'avons pas tout fait en 3 jours nous savons où réserver ! Encore merci à Lorenzo.

When in Rome-stay here!

Vi hade 4 underbara nätter i denna centrala och mycket lugna lägenhet! Lorenzo (ägare) var mycket serviceminded och svarade oerhört snbbt samt hjälpte till med transport till flygplats samt tips om staden. Lägenheten är charmig och ligger precis vid Forum Romanum. Vi återvänder gärna hit!

It's a cute little apartment in a great location and the owners/operators of it, Lorenzo and his Mum Alice, are the nicest and sweetest people. You couldn't ask for better or more accommodating hosts: 10 out of 10! However the unit it's self has 2 key issues, which I have fully shared with the owners: A LOT of outside noise from 7:30am to midnight (if the weather okay, less if its wet or cold) and a lot of delayed maintenance to the apt. There are 3 establishments with tables right outside the apt's windows (who don't moderate their noise/activity) and the unit has had a lot of use over the years, but it has not been properly updated or repaired (even though it was closed for covid). We paid about $145 USD per night, so I suspect it wasn't good value for that price.....?

Soggiorno splendido

Siamo stati benissimo, la casa è silenziosa, confortevole, dotata di tutto il necessario e collocata in una posizione fantastica, da cui si possono raggiungere agevolmente tutti i più importanti siti turistici. È anche molto ben servita, a due passi ci sono un bar, una tabaccheria, un paio di ristoranti e un ottimo negozio di alimentari con prodotti tipici e piatti pronti gustosissimi e di qualità. Lorenzo è stato davvero un perfetto padrone di casa, cordiale, sempre presente e disponibile. Appartamento consigliatissimo!

Maintenance needed!!

Lorenzo was great to communicate with and very helpful with questions. The market next door was good along with the little restaurants. The apartment is in need of a good cleaning. The bathroom needs a number of things fixed. The sink is an under mount and it is falling down and there is mold in the gap between counter and sink...the cushions on the couch were filthy....the a/c worked so so.... the bed was clean and it was comfortable to sleep in....it’s disappointing to enter a place you’ve rented and it is no where as clean and kept as the pictures show. Maintenance and upkeep go a long way to have happy customers.

You want to stay here

I strongly recommend this place -- we stayed for over 2 weeks and enjoyed it immensely. The location is almost ridiculously convenient, walking distance to lots of sites, and a main drag was just a block away, where you could catch buses to almost anywhere in town. There's a little market next door run by another Lorenzo, who was very friendly and speaks good English, plus a couple of restaurants just steps away. And yet it was not at all noisy, even tho you're on the ground floor. Also, I didn't get the slightest vibe of insecurity -- the whole area felt completely safe. Any downsides were probably unavoidable because of the location in an old building in the historic center. We were quite comfortable as 2 people, but it could get cramped for more. The washer worked fine, but was tiny. The AC unit in the living room seemed to work better than the one in the bedroom. Also, wifi was great in the living room but was spotty in the bedroom, probably because of the stone walls. Communication with Lorenzo (the apartment owner, not the guy at the little market) was excellent -- quick responses and quick action. If you're the type who needs room service and massages, this is not the place for you. But if you want to actually see Rome, this is the place you want to stay.

Terrific Location!

A nice apartment in a terrific location. Walking distance to the Colosseum, Palatine Hills and many more amazing sights. Lorenzo and his sister Chiara were extremely nice and helpful during our visit and also set up a private car to get us to the airport for an early flight we needed to catch to go back home. No stress! The apartment has air conditioning which is extremely important in the summer these days and the area was very quiet at night. We would stay here again next time we get to Rome.

A perfect Roman holiday!!

This was exactly how I had dreamed of staying in Rome The place was perfect for a family of 3 of us. The entrance, garlanded by scented flowers was the highlight Everything from coffee and peppers in the kitchen to the shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom was so perfect. The air-condition of the 2 rooms was also functioning well ( we like some circulation going on in the room even if outside its cold) The place is surrounded by a few good cheap places to eat( they too were really friendly) This is located quite close to the colloseum and the Roman forum, even the other places were quite near Overall, a superb experience

Very good location, excellent hosts.

Nice apartment, right behind Forum Romanum and Campidoglio. Quiet street, just across a (coffee) bar and next to a small grocery shop (we stayed 7 nights). The rooms were clean and perferct size for a couple. We chose to be picked up and driven back to the airport, by a very nice family member of the owner. We recommend this place to other travellers.
