About this property

Situated in Davenport in the tranquil gated community of Regal Palms Resort and set amidst the beautiful Florida countryside, it is just minutes away from all major Orlando area attractions, theme parks, championship golf courses and amazing shopping.

Our beautiful family owned luxury townhome offers 4 bedrooms -1 King Bed, 1Queen bedded and 2 twin bedded rooms. One of the Queen bedroom is on the ground floor. The master suite has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's, alarm clock/radios, ceiling fans and ample closet space.

The living and dining areas come complete with all the necessary items to keep everyone happy and relaxed after a hectic day.

There is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing that gourmet meal or just a light snack. The laundry room complete with washer, drier and other cleaning equipment is adjacent to the kitchen.

All linens and towels are provided including extra pillows for the bedrooms.

*** Please note that our townhome has a strict No Smoking and No Pets policy. ***

The Regal Palms Resort facilities include Swimming pool, Lazy River, Fitness/gym room, kids indoor games room, and Sand volleyball court.
** Reminder: As of 1/1/2021 the resort fee will be $20.00 per day plus tax ($22.40 inclusive).***

Spring Break

The home was spacious and the water park was absolutely fun. There is a bar, volleyball, etc. LOADS of fun things to do without even leaving . The only con was there wasn’t enough towels and wash clothes for everyone . We could’ve used more. But overall it’s was fine .
