Christchurch Quay, a short drive away, offers access through to the riverside walks, park, cafe, Boathouse Restaurant, bandstand, children's play area and an exciting water play park and paddling pool which has many interactive features including water jets and sprays, a water play pump and wheel, channels and sluices as well as a paddling pool. On the Quay you can also take the opportunity to take the Ferry which runs regularly to Wick, Mudeford Sandbank and Hengistbury Head during the summer months (weather permitting). With countless quaint attractions, Christchurch has a busy High Street which offers a wide range of amenities to suit all of your needs. From shops, convenience stores, supermarkets and a weekly market you will find all the necessities virtually on your doorstop. In addition, Christchurch offers an excellent choice of cafes, bars and restaurants, including a Michelin Star restaurant in Mudeford, to make for the perfect evening. Christchurch Priory is a beautiful church, which is a popular attraction with both visitors and locals in the area.
