The key was on an app. Although all 6 of us registered, only 2 people had access the entire time. It was hard to check in and have access to the apartment. The location was great, however!

Disappointing

We liked the space itself, but we had several issues with very slow response. First outside of our front door was vomit and a port a potty that was over run. In addition, after the first day we had no hot water. It took us two days to realize that we must have blown a fuse because on the 2nd day the fridge was no longer working and our son's medication that requires to be kept at refrigeration temp was in it. We are hoping the medication is not ruined. We ended up fixing the use ourselves. The faucet in the 1/2 bath sink was broken and lose. One of the chairs in the living was broken as well. The space was very nice and we loved Spain, but these issues created a bit of discomfort for my family.

Hello! Thanks for taking your time to leave a review. I'm sorry you stayed a couple of days without hot water. We haven't got any notice after turning on the fuses by yourself. On the other side, the first day of your arrival you contacted us regarding the broken chair and the housekeeping came to fix it immediately. All the guests have the 24 hours emergency contact phone.
