Great outside space

The outdoor space was great with loungers, sofas and dining table and chairs. The inside of the property was disappointing and in need of some updating and decorating. The crockery was all mismatched and lacking for the number that can accommodated in th the property. We were very disappointed on arrival to find that the air conditioning was extra and operated by coin machine and the we couldn't get it to work o. There was also no way of controlling the temperature if it did work.

Good morning Samantha, I am Alessandro the owner, and at the end of May I will be in Tenerife and following your suggestions I will fix the crockery and dishes that are missing, unfortunately those are to be considered consumables and need to be restored periodically. As far as air conditioning is concerned, everywhere in Tenerife air conditioners work like this, time-controlled and coin-operated. I am sorry that you could not get it to work, but if you had contacted me or Ms Ildikó, we would have helped you turn it on. I am glad you enjoyed the large terrace and the furnishings and would be very happy to have you as guests in my flat again. Alesssandro
