Oscar was great with the check-in process. The apartment had everything we needed and was very close to things we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Florence.
Apartment was fantastic and was to central everything we wanted to see. Wi-do was not working when we arrived, but was quickly fixed. We enjoyed our stay.
Great location! Large, well appointed apartment. Steps to Ponte Vecchio
Large apartment with plenty of space. Big living room, large bedroom with great storage shelves. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful building. Will stay there again!

Thank you for your positive review! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the apartment. We will be happy to host you again!
We stayed for four days in late March 2025. We were three adult siblings and the apartment suited us nicely.Everything worked well for us and we loved the central location. There is an escalator but we opted for the climb to the 5th floor - except for when we transported luggage!Well-priced for its level of comfort - not elite but comfortable.
Wonderful location and facility. But …. 2 towels for 2 people for 4 days, no paper towels or napkins. Requested a blanket 3 times over 4 days with the assurance that one would be delivered and it never happened.
The apartment is very cute and was well kept. It's not a fancy 5* resort or anything but perfect for our family. Was perhaps the best apartment we enjoyed while in Italy for 2 weeks. It was modern, clean and comfortable....and was just as the picture shows. It was in an awesome location! I would highly recommend this apartment! The property manager was responsive and check-in was easy, too.

Thank you for your positive review! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the apartment. We will be happy to host you again!
We had trouble finding the place, but it is only a block away from the Ponte Vecchio Bridge and 2 blocks from the Uffizi Museum. We had our car stored at the Garage delle Terme, since the apartment is in the ZTL zone. The apartment is very comfortable & the decor is very well done. We are very glad that we stayed in this apartment.
Our apartment was great....there were some electrical problems as the espresso machine kept blowing fuses and you had to go to basement to turn the breaker back on...Eduardo would not return my texts and the management company had limited hours...a big shout out goes to Eduardo's colleague Samhara who spoke excellent English and helped us with the electrical issues and the water heater....I rated the apartment 5 stars and when we come back to Florence we would not hesitate to stay there again
First the great things about this apartment. The location of the apartment was great. Easy to get all over the city center and the Oltrano. Apartment was pretty clean, a few crumbs here and there, but otherwise was fine. Communication with manager was very good. They took time to show where breakers were, etc. But you had to ask where things were, like washer and how to use things. This kind of annoyed them. If you really want to cook a few meals, you may not like this apartment. We couldn’t figure out the coffee maker. A big negative in our book. There were no knives or cutting boards to prepare or cut food. The spatula was very small. There was no instruction on garbage either. If you just want a relatively quiet place with easy access to sites, this apartment is fine.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, cleanliness, and communication with our team. We appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen setup, coffee maker, and garbage instructions — we’ll review these points to make the apartment more guest-friendly for those who wish to cook. Your observations are very helpful, and we’re grateful you shared them to help us improve the experience for future guests.
We enjoyed our stay. The location was great, right next to the Old Bridge, which made it easy to venture out for food or entertainment as needed. The apartment was spacious and well maintained. It was a nice, big accommodation perfect for our family of 5. The only challenge is that the hot water drum is a bit small for that many people. So, you may want to space out showers. The host was very informative upon check-in, and we were able to check in early as well. One tip — if the washing machine is important, it’s inside a sliding cabinet door that feels like it is locked. We didn’t realize that until after we ventured to a nearby laundromat just across the bridge. (Note — if you have a lot of laundry, the laundromat is probably a better option anyway because of the size of machines and the dryer.)
We stayed here for four nights recently. The apartment is in a great location- steps away from the Ponte Vecchio and the main drag- yet it feels secluded and private. It is on the 5th floor, but the elevator was in working order during our stay which made going up and handling our luggage a breeze. The apartment itself was as described. However, be aware that making coffee in this apartment was problematic. There are 3 Moka Pots- 2 of which did not work, and the third which is a teeny tiny one that only makes a couple oz at a time. There is a full-blown espresso machine as well, but there are no instructions provided and we could not get it to work. That said, you are in Florence, so espresso is available steps away at any bar or cafe. Minor detail but worth mentioning for caffeine addicts! The only other detail is that there were no blankets on the bed or anywhere in the place (and I searched everywhere). We slept with a top sheet only. We never let the host know about this during the stay as it was a minor inconvenience. I would stay here again.
Booked two place from the same outfit thinking they would cancel one. I was trying to move my booking up one day. The website didn’t update with either the changed date (initially) or cancellation. Ended up not getting a refund for two nights, this is wrong. It was a great stay other than that.
The Good:
Good, central location
Good security
Building has an elevator for up to 3 people.
There’s a nice enclosed balcony with a table and chairs; can be used for eating or doing work.
Lots of towels
The Bad (not a big deal, but some people may care):
The apartment looks into a courtyard, which is nice, but you don’t get any views of the street or city.
Make sure you know and have the exact city tax you owe in cash because they won’t give you change.
You only get one set of keys (we asked for more at check-in), so our group of 5 had to coordinate getting back into the apartment.
After we checked in we noticed some small dirty areas like a nightstand with food crumbs and coffee spills.
As advertised, it’s just 1 bathroom, probably works for a max of 4 people.
Not enough bed pillows (1 per person). There was an extra pillow in a closet, but we couldn’t find a pillow cover for it.
There’s no shelf or nook in the shower to put soap, etc.
Not many paper products supplied (very little toilet paper and no paper towels).
