Excellent property

Property is really well equipped with everything needed for any length of stay. Approximately 20 minutes walk into Falmouth to all the bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful cottage, ideally positioned for visiting my grandson at Falmouth University, pet friendly and within easy access of local walks, and tourist attractions. The cottage was very comfortable, clean, with thoughtful amenities (welcome packs, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge - a home from home!).Welcoming and caring hosts. Who could ask for more. Such a lovely stay

We were visiting Falmouth at Christmas to see family. The cottage was a perfect base for us, it was very nicely decorated for Christmas which the children loved. Everything was much nicer than we had hoped for and it made our stay so relaxing. Thank you

Lovely comfortable house

Very pretty & quiet house, close to amenities, town & beaches. Lovely garden, especially nice to have a hammock to lie in. Kitchen was great, everything you need & really nice to have cookies, bread, butter & milk left for us. Thank you for a great stay in a lovely house.

Falmouth Sea Shanty Stay

We had a great time in Falmouth. The property is easily walkable from the town and very conveniently has a Coop shop about 50m from it. There is parking on the drive for one car, and space up the road on the street for extras. The property itself was lovely, with everything you need. There is also a garden with an outside dining area. It is a lovely property and we had a great time!

Clean Spacious Home Great for Exploring West Cornwall

We had a great 3 night stay - lovely to arrive & find bread, biscuits, butter & milk. We didn’t really have the weather to enjoy the garden but it’s a good size with a table & lots of seating. The house was clean, great bedding & towels, we didn’t cook but the kitchen was very well equipped. It’s a 10 min drive into Falmouth town centre or beaches & excellently positioned for exploring west Cornwall. We would stay again.
