The stunning sea views from No 5 Compass in Ilfracombe make this apartment very special indeed. Having recently undergone a complete make-over with redecoration and new carpets, the apartment is a warm and cosy space for couples and families alike, even your four-legged friends as well.
Located centrally in Ilfracombe, North Devon, it is close to some of the most wonderful beaches and coastline in the UK.
No 5 Compass has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite) and an outside balcony.
The space
A spacious two bedroom two bathroom apartment (one en suite) with lounge/diner and well-equipped kitchen. Outside balcony with seating to take in the most wonderful views over the sea. DEDICATED UNDERCOVER PARKING SPACE TOO!

Access to the whole apartment on the third floor via communal stairs
Other things to note
The apartment is located on the third floor of the building. No lift. The views are worth it!
NB. Not suitable for children between 1 yr and 6yrs due to the balcony. Up to two well-behaved, toilet trained dogs are welcome.
