Terrible experience

The apartment is old and neglected and does not look at all like the pictures. The shutter in one of the bedrooms does not close and a light wakes you up early in the morning. The water in the shower is stagnant, and basically everything is old and neglected. They wrote in the description that the apartment is air conditioned, but there is air conditioning in only two of the 6 rooms. ITALIAN WAY, the company that handles the property does not respond to emails or responds to them hours late and sometimes even a whole day. Although we shared our ordeal with them and asked for compensation they completely ignored us.

Very Misleading listing… Not what it seems!

This place was not what it seems. It’s an old building with the bare minimal of stuff. The pictures make it look better than it is. It says it has AC but really only 2 of the 4 bedrooms have it and no where else so the other 2 bedrooms, the kitchen and the main area were baking hot and unusable for my family. It also had cheap, hard, uncomfortable beds with bare minimal blankets and pillows and you only get one bath towel per room, which is ridiculous. The bathroom doors don’t shut properly, toilets are gross, old paint chipping off the bathroom windows and we found several cockroaches in the bathrooms. The kitchen had nothing useful in it and the fridge froze our foods. Everything is obviously extremely old and not kept up at all. In my opinion this is one step up from a hostile and way too pricey for what it is. We even left a day early because we couldn’t stand it any longer. I’d give it a zero rating on here if I could.

This is by far the nicest place I have stayed in, on this or any of my VRBO travels. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The host provided for every need.
