It was great, the apartment is a bit out of the city center, but the neighbourhood is very quiet and everything was clean. The communication was amazing, even though we booked one day in advance, everything went smooth. We were in contact with the manager the whole time, got some tips. Overall a great experience

My story in a Florence neighborhood within walking distance of sights one ventures to see. The apartment was lovely. Everything worked fine. I especially liked my little terrace for morning coffee I brought with me. More steps than I’d like but the lift worked fine and the property mgmt sent a lovely person to meet and acquaint me with the apartment.
