Surf Locker Store in Car Park Area.
A unique location with the Apartment having huge floor to ceiling windows from the spacious open plan living space with large comfortable sofas looking over the bay towards the Northam Burrows Country Park and Nature Reserve with its unique pebble ridge. The Royal North Devon Golf Club is five minutes away, the oldest links course in the Country.
The Apartment is fully furnished to a high standard. The Kitchen has a full range of integrated appliances with granite worktops. The 30ft open plan living/kitchen/dining area has a 55' Smart TV. Patio doors opening onto a good sized covered balcony, a perfect spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine watching the sunset over the bay.
Bedroom 1 with Superking, wall mounted TV, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath with rain shower over, WC, heated towel rail and basin.
Bedroom 2 with twin 3ft beds, ensuite walk in shower, wall mounted TV, heated towel rail, WC and basin.
Northan Burrows is a good spot for nature/bird spotters being a perfect habitat for a diverse range of feathered species.
