CASA AMELIE - APARTMENT IN FLORENCE FREE WIFI + ETHERNET

Bright and spacious four-room flat on the second floor with lift.
Completely renovated with careful restoration of the original structures.
Suitable for families, couples and friends .
Monticelli area, ideal location for reaching the historic centre in a short time.The flat has a pentagonal-shaped entrance hall from which one enters- to three spacious and bright rooms used as double/single beds and furnished with carefully chosen furniture.
- to a characteristic well-equipped kitchen flanked by a utility laundry/room with washing machine and dryer and a small terrace;
- to a bathroom with a large shower quipped with hairdryer , shampoo and soap.

on request we offer a cot up tu three years old supplied with sheets and blankets and a high chair free of charge.

All rooms have air conditioning and independent heating.
Complete supply of linen, towels and sheets.

Wi-Fi connection throughout the house and each room is equipped with a free Ethernet connection for even faster PC surfing.

Please note: upon arrival are required eur 60,00 (cash) for final cleaning and eur 5,50 for person and for every night for a maximum of 7 nights for the tourist tax required by the city of Florence. Children under 12 years of age are not included in the payment.
Regular receipts will be issued.
Eur 200,00 caution deposit that will be given back the day of your departure.

We loved our stay in Florence and this apartment was perfect for our family of four. Lucia, the host, was welcoming and gave perfect recommendations. The tram stop was close and made it easy to get to the city center. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a very sweet and well cap apartment with all the amenities you need. Luca the owner met us and gave us lots of information. We loved our stay here. For those not renting a car it is very close to the tram which will get you anywhere you wanna go in the city. No in your room.

A lovely apartment as a base for exploring Florence and Tuscany

We loved staying at Casa Amelie. The apartment had all the amenities we required, was very clean, conveniently located and full of character. It was easy to catch the tram into the centre of Florence, and towns like San Gimignano, Arezzo and Siena in Tuscany were a short drive away. The hosts, Silvia and her husband were very welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend Casa Amelie!

Silvia’s place was wonderful! It accommodated our group of five perfectly. It’s a little ways out from the city centre but there was a tram about a 5 minute walk from the apartment that gets you to the hustle and bustle of downtown in less than 10 minute's. First visit to Firenze

Our visit could not have been better. Our hosts, Silvia and Luca, spent about 45 minutes with us at check in helping to understand the neighborhood. Apartment was sparking clean and very comfortable. Would have liked to be a bit closer to city center BUT we were able to use Uber successfully. Definitely recommend Casa Amelia! ❤️💛❤️💚❤️

I cannot recommend this place enough!! We had the best time there, Silvia and Luca made the trip really special and were so informative and helpful from the moment I booked. The apartment itself is georgous, the rooms are light and airy and its really thoughtfully decorated, the whole place was extremely clean. They provided everything you could need for a stay and the beds are really comfy!! The supermarket and tram is only a few mins walk away making it really convient but out of the hussle and bussle. I would 100% book this place again

Wonderful place to stay in Florence! Lucas and Silvia were amazing hosts, even leaving beautiful roses to celebrate our anniversary! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed (we were travelling with our 3 young adult daughters and there was lots of room). It was beautifully decorated as well as spotlessly clean. We found the 6a/b bus got us to the downtown attractions dropping us off right at the front door within 15 minutes. Our family felt safe in the neighborhood and appreciated the quiet (and air conditioning ) after long days touring the city of Florence. Grazie!! We are grateful! 5/5

Casal Amelie was the perfect base for our Tuscan adventure. A brisk morning walk and you are in Florence City Center, or the tram into town is just a couple blocks away. The tram also takes you to the train station that will set you up to travel the region. Venice , Milan, Bologna, Parma, Assisi, Pisa, etc are all day trips using the high speed train. The apartment is beautiful, clean and very well appointed. An elevator will take you luggage, or weary travels up to the 2nd floor. I especially loved the terrace off the kitchen. All the windows open to let in the clean, fresh Florence air. Something for American travelers... the shower has good pressure and plenty of hot water. Silvia and her husband are great hosts and I highly recommend Casa Amelie.

Perfect place for a Florentine adventure

The apartment is lovely, beautifully decorated, clean, comfy and in a great location, easy to get public transport to the station and town centre. The hosts are what makes it really special, Silvia and Luca went out of their way to make our stay perfect, from letting us check in early and offering to pick us up from the station to letting us stay late on our last day when our flight was delayed. They left us snacks and water, basics like toilet roll and kitchen roll and made sure we knew where to go for the best restaurants/ supermarket/ bus stops etc. we loved meeting their dog, Amelie too, such a sweetheart! Couldn’t recommend it highly enough as a perfect base to explore a beautiful city.

Easy Access-Great Hosts

The warmth we felt when we got to our location by Silvia and Lucca was wonderful. They even had a map of florence for us ready with all the recommendations- They were exceptional Hosts. They took their time recommending local spots and giving us information. The location felt far but the tramway was a minute walk and it took 5 minutes to get to the main attractions and the fee was 1.70 Euros. I was surprised on how easy it was to get to any place from there. The place was clean and had all the amenities. Added bonus was the supermarket within walking distance. Thank You Lucca and Silvia we would definitely stay again if we were ever back.
