Lovely 55 square meters apartment with an open loft in the heart of the historic center of Rome, just a 5 minute walk from Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori and also not far from the Vatican City. The rooms are bright and the furniture is classic.
This apartment is on the first floor of a period building (no elevator). It is spacious and comfortable for a memorable stay in Rome.
The apartment welcomes you with a single large room with two windows that overlook Via Sora. On the right you will find a small kitchen, on the left hand side there is a staircase leading to the bedroom and bathroom(with a window). The apartment is located in the central area of Piazza Navona / Campo dei Fiori. Via Sora is in Parione, the sixth district of Rome, indicated with R. VI. The name derives from the presence in the neighbourhood of an ancient wall of enormous dimensions, perhaps belonging to the stadium of Domitian. The surviving wall was leaning against a medieval tower, remembered as the "Torre de Campo Parione": it was near the Circus Agonale, in the short stretch between St. Thomas in Parione and Piazza Pasquino. The district boasts two of the most famous squares of Rome: Piazza Navona, the scene of legendary parties in an incomparable Baroque setting , and Campo de 'Fiori that symbolizes tradesmenship, recognized in all the small streets that cross Piazza Campo dè Fiori, like Via dei Cappellari, via dei Chiavari, Via dei Baulari, of Canestrari, of Leutari and Librari, all trades .
Every morning the Rione wakes up at dawn with the famous market at Campo de 'Fiori, noisy and colorful, the most famous of the Roman markets, also mentioned in the film with Anna Magnani and Aldo Fabrizi.

The building is located in the ZTL area, the Limited Traffic Zone of the center of Rome.
The Park & Ride areas of Atac allow long parking at a reduced rate, to reach the city center using urban public transport. Each Park & Ride area (automated or not) is close to an underground station or the city and suburban bus terminus.

The apartment welcomes you with a single large room, studio with a mezzanine with two windows that overlook Via Sora. On the right you will find a small kitchen, on the left hand side there is a staircase leading to the bedroom and bathroom.

The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed a table with 4 chairs, TV corner, two small glass tables and a small dresser. Pictures and lamps complete the furnishings.

The open loft (height: 180 cm) is furnished with a french bed (140cm x 190cm), a desk and two drawers.

The kitchen has a refridgerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove,oven, microwave, toaster, electric boiler, cutlery and crockery for six people.

You access the bathroom from the bedroom. The bathroom has sanitary facilities and a bathtub with hand shower.
