The property also has the benefit of a private secure undercover parking space, with use of the communal waterfront garden and slipway. There is a private dinghy bay below the cottage and just yards from the slipway.
The 'cottage' has been renovated to a very high standard making a stunning holiday home and waterside retreat. The Packet Quays development is positioned just a short stroll from the centre of Falmouth, with its vibrant community, vast range of independent shops restaurants, bars and award winning sandy beaches.
Approachable via steps from the central courtyard or, alternatively, steps from the High Street descend down to Geachs Cottages. A communal pathway gives access to the front door, with recessed storm porch.

First Floor: A spacious open plan first floor reception room with fully equipped modern kitchen, and dining and lounge areas for 8 people - with large timber double glazed sash-style bay window, offering a spectacular elevated view of Falmouth harbour, across to Flushing and The Roseland. Further timber double glazed window to the side elevation. Also a 4th Bedroom (Double bed).
The Exterior; Communal Waterside Garden - A delightful waterside, landscaped garden, available for the exclusive use by all residents of The Packet Quays, with seating area. Communal Slipway - Exclusively for the use of the residents of The Packet Quays. Secure Undercover Parking - The property has one undercover allocated parking space with courtesy door to the side, and remote roller door system from a cobbled courtyard.
You can access the property from 3 directions and each will require climbing or descending at least a few stairs. From the car park there are 2 small flights of about 4 stairs. From the High Street there is quite a long flight of old shallow steps as seen in the photos. From underneath the cottage there is a short flight of about 8 stairs up.

Stayed at this property for a Falmouth reunion and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Great place to stay - spacious and in a quet area. Beautiful views from the livingroom. All good!The only thing we couldn’t locate was the advertised garden, but the property is still a great stay!
Really well presented 2-floor apartment with views out over the estuary. Within easy walking distance of the old town centre and shops etc. Comfy bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the big dining table we could all gather round. It’s in a quiet residential area with a park/garden area for use by residents (handy if you have a dog) and access to the water via a slip way or stairs if you like to swim etc. really great place to stay - thanks for having us!
