An excellent location for residents and visitors as it is a highly valued area, very well connected by underground and bus (L2 and L5), full of services such as pharmacies, shops, gyms, food market and a wide range of hospitality venues where you can find typical tapas bars with pleasant terraces.

Equipped with all the comforts in appliances, it has air conditioning throughout the property, central heating and internet.
The building has a ramp for climbing stairs and accessing the lift.

To be taken into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.
