Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, dining and cooking essentials, dishwasher & washing machine.

Tea towels, J cloth, sponge, washing up liquid, antibacterial surface spray, hand wash, dishwasher tablets and a starter kitchen roll is provided.

Lounge with Smart TV and Dining area seating 6 guests. The double French doors lead out to the veranda with dining furniture and steps down to the garden with picnic table and the waters' edge.

Mooring and Parking

Private quay headed mooring. Please advise if you are bringing a boat and need use of the slipway.

Private Parking x 2 car – additional parking is available in the main car park free of charge to guests – please request.

Dog Friendly

Our lodges are dog friendly, we charge £30 per pet. Please request and pay Norfolk Holiday Lodges directly.

River Breeze

We had a lovely break staying at River Breeze and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The lodge has everything you need. The beds are so comfortable. The location is perfect, it’s such a relaxing place to stay.

A great holiday

We went for a relaxing holiday and that is exactly what we got. The property had been beautifully refurbished and contained everything we looked for in a stay plus a team on hand to help with anything else we needed. Well done.

Lovely place

A lovely lodge, very clean and well kept. We had a very hot week just chilling out and relaxing, I managed to get some fishing in and caught some beautiful fish. The area is quite weedy but it is fishable, I caught a mixture of Roach, Rudd, Perch and a few nice sized Bream. The lodge was well equipped, comfortable and clean. There are local shops, takeaways and pubs.

Quiet , comfortable, fishing very good for us ,clean …l caught a mullet was surprised and very lucky, lots of rud,roach and perch… the lodge was amazing , lots to do , from eating out to boating,canoeing could not have wished for more….THANK YOU

The lodge was very clean and we had a good nice. Very calm and quiet place to unwind. We found the double beds very uncomfortable. Got a train into Great Yarmouth. Train station 5 minutes walk from the lodge. Great value for money.

We are sorry you found the beds uncomfortable, it's always difficult with pleasing everyone in this department as everyone is different. The brand new mattresses are medium in firmness for a compromise between soft and firm. Our location is peaceful but with a train station not far away with easy access to the beach and city of Norwich (by train) and countryside (by car) making our lodges a good location if as specified is preferable. Relaxing River Break

This hidden gem was booked last minute by me for my family. The process was slick and from the point of booking the details were thorough. Tina sent email details of arrival information and was there when we arrived. The lodge was beautiful. Modern and comfortable.The decor is simple and has everything provided that you need for your stay. Cupboards are stocked with utensils. It had a washer dryer as well as a dishwasher. My father and husband fished from the decking area which they loved and managed to catch quite a few fish. We walked to the pub at the top of the road and had a great steak and chips as well as sampling the cakes and coffees at the marina. Loved our stay and definitely would book again.
