Villa Giardino di Limoni is the perfect place to spend a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Surrounded by a lush lemon and tropical fruit garden, the villa boasts a private heated swimming pool open 24 hours a day, perfect for swimming even in the cooler months. The villa also has a veranda where you can sunbathe and an outdoor shower to refresh during the warm seasons. The villa also features comfortable beds with slats and foam mattresses in the bedrooms, a barbecue for outdoor grilling, a smart TV, and a dishwasher to make cleaning easier. The villa is also equipped for children, with toys, a slide, a swing, a playground, a swimming pool, a hammock, a baby cot, and a highchair.

Located just 350 meters from the sandy beach of Lido di Noto, also known as Noto Marina, Villa Giardino di Limoni is also close to the Vendicari nature reserve, where you can swim in crystal clear waters. The villa is also eco-friendly and strives to reduce its environmental impact through heating and cooling systems with a heat pump, storm windows, double glazing, 100% use of energy-saving lamps, and photovoltaic panels that produce more energy than they consume. The villa also promotes waste recycling and uses a composter to transform organic waste into fertilizer for the garden.

The villa is also home to some animals, such as a donkey and chickens that produce fresh eggs every day. The villa also offers an electric car charger and private parking for guests, as well as local products such as bio honey, extra virgin olive oil, and Nero d'Avola wine to make your stay even more enjoyable.

During your stay, you can pick for free organic fruits such as lemon, oranges, mandarins, clementines, grapefruits, azzeruoles, jujubes, medlars, figs, grapes, pomegranates, white mulberries, black mulberries, persimmons, plums, apricots, peaches, bananas, feijoas , avocado, mango, pitanga (Brazilian cherries) white guavas, red guavas, pink guavas, strawberry guava, java plums, lemon guava, macadamia nuts, almonds, yam, white sapote, black sapote (black sapote or chocolate pudding), sugar cane, rose apple, dragon fruit, papaya, moringa, passion fruit, vegetables such as tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, lettuce, courgettes and more. Note: the availability of fruit and vegetables is linked to the season. The centuries-old olive trees in the garden produce an excellent extra virgin olive oil that you can try with the vegetables harvested in the garden.The fee for using and heating the pool from October 1st to April 30th is an additional cost and is not included in the rental price. Non-heated pool use costs +30 euros per day. Heated pool use costs +60 euros per day (multiplied by the number of days of rental of the accommodation).
From May 1st to September 30th, pool use is always included in the rental price and heating is not necessary. However, it is still possible to request heating at a cost of +40 euros per day (multiplied by the number of days of rental of the accommodation). To be paid in advance on the day of arrival.

"House was lovely and cle...

"House was lovely and clean in a beautiful orange and lemon grove. It was very peaceful and private with no-one looking in yet only a short walk to the sea and a couple of bars and restaurants. We only had bicycles with us but managed fine. However if you had a car Noto and Avola are only a short and pleasant drive away."

Great house in fabulous location!

This house was perfect for our holiday, big beautiful garden for the kids to play in, gorgeous trees to lie under with a book, chickens and a donkey to visit and all just 5 mins walk from the beach. The house was cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed and Gioacchino answered all our questions quickly and made everything very smooth and easy! We'd come back anytime!

Mooi huis in prachtige grote tuin, perfect voor gezinsvakantie! Huis heerlijk gelegen in en een mooi en goed onderhouden grote tuin met uitgebreide boomgaard . Tuin waar kinderen (3jaar en 1 jaar) zich zeer goed vermaakt hebben met zwembad, speeltoestellen en de beesten. Super aardige en behulpzame eigenaar, die ons veel kon vertellen over de tuin en de omgeving en waarmee we samen honing van de bijen hebben gehaald. Huis is op loopafstand ( 8 min) van het strand en minimarkt en resaturants. Mooie steden te bezoeken binnen 1 uur rijden. Ook mooie natuurparken voor wandelingen vlakbij. Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad en komen waarschijnlijk nog een keer terug!

Great stay in a citrus garden

We stayed in this beautiful house in April and it was great. We loved the scent of the lemon trees, the garden is a delight and fresh eggs are a great bonus. The beach is a short walk away. Thank you Gioacchino for your hospitality. We'll be back!

Perfect week in a lemon grove.

We spent a week in this lovely casa in early May. One of our favorite international rental properties! We were able to harvest oranges every day for fresh juice (electric juicer made it an easy task). Donkey served as a great addition and consumed of all of our kitchen scraps. Chickens provided fresh eggs daily. Our host was amazing and shared his honey and wine. Book it!

Lovely peaceful location where the kids were very happy, well equipped

Lovely accommodation surrounded by lemon trees. The kids really enjoyed the playground and small pool and collecting eggs from the chickens and visiting the donkey. We enjoyed lazing in the hammock and the comfortable sun loungers. The beach is walking distance away too. The accommodation is well equipped but would benefit from a microwave and toaster. There is a small supermarket walking distance away for basics and restaurants too, although we preferred eating in Noto where there was more choice and better quality.

Amazing Place

The owner met us on the first day and gave us a tour of his property and a run down of his place. He was friendly and helpful throughout our stay and even provided us links to tips with google waypoints prior to our arrival on what there was to do around us. The home and property were amazing and exactly what we were looking for. Both our 12 and 2 year loved the place. We plan to make this a spot we come to often for family retreats. We tried his honey, wine, olive oil, and loved all three so much we brought a bunch home with us. I would strongly recommend this rental to anyone looking to be close to the great beaches on the nature reserve to the great cities to visit in the area. We were excited for our stay, but our stay surpassed what we expected!

Très agréable maison sur un sublime terrain de citronniers, orangers et autres arbres fruitiers, au calme et tout près de la mer (belle plage de Noto) ! Gioacchino le propriétaire est très accueillant et sympathique. La maison est propre et bien équipée, le jardin très agréable et fabuleux pour les enfants avec les jeux en bois et les animaux, grand succès pour les ânes et les poules... Nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Wunderbarer Garten und Aufenthalt!

Haus und Garten sind genauso schön wie auf den Fotos, sehr gepflegt und für einen Aufenthalt mit kleinen Kindern bestens ausgestattet (Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Babybadewanne, Spielzeug und Spielgeräte). Der Garten geht in den des Nachbarhauses über, wo auch Esel und Hühner wohnen - ein Traum für unseren zweijährigen Sohn. Der Vermieter war sehr professionell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, waren die beiden Katzen, die nicht dem Vermieter gehören, aber immer auf der Terrasse herumsaßen und offenbar von vielen Gästen gefüttert und ins Haus gelassen werden, so dass sie das ziemlich hartnäckig immer wieder versuchten. Nach heftigen tagelangen Regenfällen blieb eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Haus und Garten. Bei Bedarf funktioniert die Klimaanlage auch als Heizung. Anfang November war der Badeort Lido di Noto ziemlich ausgestorben, der Strand unaufgeräumt und kaum ein Laden oder Cafe geöffnet. Noto selber ist entzückend und auch andere Städte im Osten kann man von diesem Ferienhaus aus schnell erreichen.

Erholung inmitten von Zitronenbäumen

Ein sehr schönes Haus auf einem Anwesen voller Zitronenbäume. Für die Kinder waren die Esel und Hühner das Highlight, für uns die leckeren Orangen, die man pflücken und essen konnte. Wer mit Kindern Urlaub macht, ist hier absolut richtig. Zum Strand sind es nur knapp zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Mittel gegen Mücken sollte man unbedingt dabei haben. Das Haus ist gepflegt und völlig in Ordnung, allein die Spülmaschine funktioniert nicht immer einwandfrei. Insgesamt aber klar zu empfehlen!

"Un petit coin de paradis. Le jardin, avec ses animaux, ses plantations et ses fruits BIO, est fantastique. Idéal pour une famille avec enfants. Les propriétaires sont adorables et aux petits soins pour vous. Des œufs frais que l''on va chercher dans le poulailler le matin, les oranges et les citrons que l''on cueille pour un bon jus de fruit tout frais, la plage à 5 minutes, et le Triangle baroque, avec ses villes magnifiques (Noto, Modica, Syracuse, Raguse, Scicli...) et ses bons restaurants. "Une maison avec une terr...

"Une maison avec une terrasse agréable, pratique pour nos deux filles de 4 ans (tobbogan), le cheval et les poules sont d''une compagnie très sympathique (le propriétaire nous a gentillement donné des oeufs pour les petites), les citronniers ajoutent un charme supplémentaire. En revanche, nous avons trouvé l''intérieur de la maison un peu moins agréable, un peu vieillotte , avec des invasions de fourmis volantes dans la cuisine et SDB ce qui renforceait une impression de "pas très propre ". Pour l''environnement : épicerie à proximité immédiate, ainsi que la plage, ce qui est pratique pour les enfants (mais il faut prendre la voiture pour des plages tranquilles, (car celle du village fait très touristique) + La proximité de la boite de nuit gache beaucoup les diners sur la terrasse (mais, nous étions prévenus grâce aux commentaires précédents). Prix du loyer un peu cher en considérant la qualité de l''ensemble."

"Villa simple et fonctionnelle qui tient ses promesses;on s'y sent bien tout de suite,jardin très agréable que le propriétaire a bien su équiper:véranda ,hamac ,jeux pour les enfants,citronniers rafraichissants. M T,sympathique et très disponible,veille au confort et aux besoins de ses locataires. La villa est très bien située,près du village,tout en étant au calme car en retrait de la route:agréable de ne pas voir et entendre de voitures,et pas de voisinage immédiat. Il y a une longue plage de sable à 10 minutes à pied,libre ou équipée,,meme en plein mois d'aout;A 5 minutes en voiture,une plage de sable (faisant partie d'une réserve naturelle)qui nous a conquis:éloro;propre et dans un bel environnement. Quelques inconvénients cependant selon nous: -animation musicale soutenue le soir dans les environs; A part ça:c'est un bel endroit où l'on a envie de retourner,réunissant les ingrédients de vacances réussies:repos,plages agréables,promenades nature multiples,tourisme à volonté."

"We have very much enjoyed our stay (from 05 to 12-jul-08) in the holiday villa of Mr. Gioacchino T. The house is located in Lido di Noto (Sicliy), well furnished and equiped, and surrounded by a beautiful lemon orchard. The beach is at a favourable 5 minutes walking distance. A nice Italian shop is close by. We very much appreciated the hospitality of Mr. and Mrs. T. and their readiness to help. We would recommend this holiday appartment without any doubt."

"Gio met us as arranged and his house in the lemon grove exceeded all expectations. It is new, well designed, and well equipped. The lemon trees provided a cool shade around the house. When temperatures soared, it remained cool inside. The house has its own gate, is not overlooked by any other house and offers peace and privacy. Gio was most kind and attentive, and we learned much about the lemons and the farming year in SE Sicily. The house is about five minutes away from the well stocked and friendly supermarket, and further few minutes brings you to the sandy beach. There is satellite TV with the main international news channels, but it was the fine collection of books that gave the greatest pleasure. This comfortable house is a lovely place to spend a holiday. We hope to return."
