The townhouse consists of a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, dish washer, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and other kitchen essentials.
The open plan living/dining area offers a cosy place to sit and relax on the comfy L-shaped sofa. There is a large dining table to comfortably seat 6 people to dine.
Leading off from the living room there are 2 bright and airy bedrooms.
The master bedroom consists of a double bed, large built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers, allowing plenty of storage.
The second twin bedroom has two single beds, a freestanding wardrobe with full length mirror. There is also a modestly sized chest of drawers for extra storage.
There is a small yet sufficient bathroom, with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine.
There is wifi and air conditioning throughout the property.
Stepping outside you have a small terrace with barbeque and a dining table to seat 4 people. Here you can sit and enjoy the mountain views.
The terrace leads down to the private pool, where you will find another outside seating area and sun loungers to relax and soak up the sun around the pool.
The property is located in a very safe and child friendly area, with the property backing on to a local Spanish school.

The villa is in a good location with a two minute walk to the local train station where you can pay a few euros to travel to Fuengarola, Benalmadena or Torremolinos. The villa has a large solarium and good sized terrace and pool area. The nearest bar and supermarket are less than a mile away but be warned that this is a hilly area. We would stay here again.
Alot has been done to the property new kitchen new air conditioning, it still has work which is on going but I would stay again close to the train station and not far from the supermarkets
All necessary utensils pots, pans etc. All setup. A quick trip to the *supermercado* and we we're set up for our stay and base of operations for the next 10 days. Walk to the beach &several gòod eateries in less than 10mins or park your rental charriot in a reserved spot adjacent to the gate. Overall a great stay
Nous avons passé six semaines a ce logement. A notre arrivée, il y avais un payloader dans notre stationnement a côté de la porte d'entrée. En plus la lingerie a du être laver, les oreillers étaient sales, nous avons fait l'achat de d'autres. Le matelas etait sale et tâché. Les chaudrons etaient plus utilisables, ils les ont remplacés. Le parasol sur la terrace était déchiré, ils ont du le remplacer, la.piscine et la terrace étaient sales. La propriété n'avait pas été inspecté avant notre arrivée. Un etoile serait trop a donné pour cette propriété. Le propriétaire devrait investir un peu pour la remettre acceptable aux touristes.
