The 140 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high speed WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine and television. There is also a cot and high chair available.

Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a barbecue.

Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 1 queen bed.

There is parking available on the property and 1 in the garage. Free parking available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Wi-Fi is suitable for making video calls. The property has no access steps or stairs.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are additional. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the home is reasonable.
