Welcome to this lovely two-bedroom house on the prestigious Cap d'Antibes. Located just two minutes walk from the family-friendly Salis beach, you can easily choose between the pool and the ocean.

The house is part of a well-appointed private community with only 8 properties and a shared pool at its center. The property includes a small garden with direct access to the pool area. 

The house has been fully renovated and comes with features like air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and wifi. The master bedroom has a double bed and direct access to a terrasse overlooking the garden and pool. The second bedroom can sleep three people and includes a single bed, as well as a bunk bed. 

A bakery and a supermarket are just a few minutes walk away. Both the old town of Antibes with its restaurants and famous marché provençal and Juan les pins are also within walking distance. 

This is the perfect place for a family of up to 5 people.
