"SEASCAPE" Is a stunning house in Penn Hill, Poole, Dorset. The house comes with a hot tub, BBQ and has been fully renovated to a very high standard.

The house sleeps up to 9 guests and has 3 bathrooms / showers rooms.

The house is located close to Sandbanks and is within 100 metres of an award winning bakery, Co-Op, restaurants and a wine bar. 2 off road parking spaces are provided.

There is a high end brand new kitchen with new appliances washing machine, separate tumble dryer, oven, hob and fridge freezer.

Such an amazing weekend

Stayed here for my friends hen do, the venue is in a great area with shops within walking distance. About a 10 minute drive to Bournemouth town centre. The host was very helpful prior giving us taxi numbers and any information we wanted. The rooms were very generously sized and loved the living / dining area where we could play games together and enough seating for everyone. My friend is disabled and there was a room made downstairs with an en-suite so is suitable for all needs. The garden and the hot tub were great, unfortunately due to the weather we were unable to use the bbq but made the most of the hot tub that now has a shelter on (not shown in photos) Overall the house is lovely and caters for all needs, would highly recommend for a hen do / group of friends
