The apartment consists of a living / dining room, an open kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob, extractor hood, and dishwasher. 2 bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, one with sink, toilet and walk-in shower. The other bathroom with sink and toilet. The apartment is equipped with cold/warm air conditioning throughout the house.

The apartment has a very nice veranda with sitting area at the front of the house.

At the back of the house there is a covered terrace overlooking the private pool and spacious garden with pergola.

There is a parking space in the underground garage.

The urbanization has direct access to the beach.

The urbanization Paraíso Playa, has green areas and a community pool for adults and children. There is an elevator in the building.

Several bars and restaurants at about 150m and a large supermarket at about 800m.

All a few meters from the beach of Cala Marqués, and Playazo de Vera.

Wir haben insgesamt 4 Monate von November bis Februar in der schönen Wohnung verbracht. Von Gerardo wurden wir freundlich empfangen und während des Aufenthalts auch gut betreut. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt gut und teils überdurchschnittlich. Wir haben jeden Tag selbst gekocht und hatten alle Küchenutensilien die wir brauchten. Danke für die schöne Zeit.
