This house is two storeys high and offers 175 m2 of living space with 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), both bedrooms are on the upper floor, along with a modern bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with TV, a dining room, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen.

From here you can access the beautiful patio with swimming pool (2x3 metres) and several seating areas, sunbeds are also available for you.

Possibility of installing a safety fence around the pool to prevent access by small children

Of course, there is also a barbecue for cosy evenings.

It is permitted to bring a small dog up to 8 kg, but please note that occasionally there are two cats in the patio, which have a small feeding area in a corner.

In this house, you can enjoy the authentic Mallorcan village life!
