The location of the Lucky House cannot be beat! It is the perfect spot for exploring the city. We throughly enjoyed having so many amazing restaurants, shops and history available right on our door step. Check in was easy and the property was very comfortable.

Needs a good cleaning, but an unbeatable location

This would be a great apartment if:- sealing the place against mosquitos which are all over the apartment and bite while you sleep- deep cleaning, especially the dead bugs on walls

The Best Location

We hit the jackpot. If you are planning to walk to museums and old town sights this is the place. As soon as you walk out of the front door, look to the right and you will see the Palazzo Vecchio. The Uffizi is around the corner. A short walk across the Ponte Vecchio and turn left for a great grocery store. As for the apartment, it is basic but very clean and comfortable. Very good highspeed Wi-Fi and air conditioning. We would stay here over and over.

Incredible location with a good place to return to

We loved our time in Florence staying at the Lucky House. The location right on Piazza della Signoria could honestly not be beat. Being this close to the Duomo, Uffizi, restaurants, shops, and the train station couldn't be beat! The apartment itself was fine. There were minimal tools to cook meals, which isn't a problem as there are not a lack of restaurants in the area. There was also a problem with the hot water heater throwing errors and shutting off after a couple minutes of operation. Overall I would highly recommend this property as you can't beat the location!

Perfect Location Near Palazzo Vecchio

This apartment is location right next to Palazzo Vecchio. Endless choices for dining, shopping, and attractions nearby. Very clean property. Nice to have an elevator in the building, Surprisingly quiet. Great A/C. Very comfortable mattress. Plenty of hot water. Great hosts. They communicate well. Very reasonable price for the location. Kitchen has everything you need, but no microwave or electric kettle. Washer works great and is quiet.

Lucky House

Fantastic location! Great AC and wifi. The building has a small elevator which was great but it could only be used to go up, not for going down. We were met promptly and given great instructions. But we had major problems with the hot water tank. No hot water for the first day and despite calls and texts to the daytime emergency number we had no reply. Fortunately the evening number responded promptly. However we had to continuously reset the hot water tank. Also, there was no blanket available for the bed, only sheets. In the kitchen there was no plug for the sink and no dishtowel to dry the dishes, we had to buy one. The small kitchen appliances including the kettle did not fit the outlet and we had to use our own adapter to plug them in.
