The communication with the host was at times spotty and answers didn’t fully reflect the questions asked. One apartment’s front door was hard to open because the door must have been off it’s hinges. It took force full pressure to open the door. Otherwise the stay was very nice and the apartment in a relatively convenient location. The 4 rating was primarily driven by the issue with door opening and some other minor issues

Per quanto riguarda la porta, essendo una porta d'epoca richiede semplicemente un po' più di pressione per essere aperta. The apartments were clean and as described in the description. We had some difficulty communicating at first to get checked in, it would have been nice if they had recommended using WhatsApp for communication. The person that checked us in said she turned on the air conditioning. We later found out it wasn't set correctly and it was very hot in 3 of the rooms for the first night. After the host helped us resolve the problem, one room was still not air conditioned. The host said they would get back to us after talking to maintenance, but never did. There were a few basics that would have been nice, such as a place to put your toiletries in the shower, more countertops/shelf space or a loop holder for the supplied hair dryer, paper towels and/or napkins. We had asked for an extra key to the apartments because there were multiple families staying here, but this was not available. We were told we could use the lockbox, but there was no information on how to use this and we couldn't figure it out. The Wi-Fi worked in the common areas, but not in the bedrooms and was shut down before our check out time on our last day. Overall, this was a decent place for a large group, but for the price we paid, we expected more.

We had 2 apartments, we had an air conditioning issue, but they were quick to come and resolve the next day. Our only complaint is that the front door needs to be trimmed off to be able to open and close properly. Nestled in a quite Neighborhood, but convenient to attractions.
