A charming country cottage with exposed beams, log burner, fully enclosed garden & luxury covered hot tub.
The accommodation is pet friendly & with beautiful period features. It sleeps up to 5 in 3 bedrooms. Formerly a farm cottage & part of the Lanhydrock Estate (National Trust) it enjoys an enviable location, tucked away yet near to all amenities. There are many walking & cycle trails nearby and there is a golf club literally up the road.
Within 5-10 minutes, you have a host of pubs and restaurants and Bodmin town is a short drive away.
Ideally suited to small families and popular with walkers, cyclists, golfers (golf course minutes away ) and National Trust enthusiasts (Lanhydrock House and Gardens also minutes away) this property offers a relaxing rural retreat yet is only 15 mins from the nearest beach. A perfect of coast & country!

We are Langoose Holiday Cottages and began our journey back in 2021. We started with two small cottages and now have five properties which we have lovingly refurbished and added individuality and style to. In our older properties, we have retained original features to ensure that their characters are maintained but we have also tried to create a boutique and homely feel.
Designing the interiors and paying attention to detail is what we like most.
It’s the little things that matter.
Perhaps the most pleasurable aspect of all though is when guests tell us how much they have enjoyed their holiday and want to return. In such a short time, we have built up a steady stream of repeat guests and we welcome them all back as friends.
Our aim is to make your holiday special and we will go the extra mile wherever we can. We will accommodate special requests (within reason , of course!) and are always on hand to provide recommendations or to help booking restaurants etc. Please just ask!

Why they chose this property
Lanhydrock House and Gardens and the neighbouring woodlands and the 900 acres of land which forms The Lanhydrock Estate.. in fact, four of our cottages were formerly owned by them and are in an enviable position just a short walk from the Estate and the beautiful House and Gardens which really are spectacular and well worth a visit!
What makes this property unique
Cosy enough for a romantic weekend away with your loved one yet enough space to bring your family. It’s a lovely cottage, full of character, but with a twist of modern in the newly refurbished bathrooms. With all the home comforts you are looking for, it has established itself as a firm favourite amongst our guests.
