The air-conditioned living room enjoys a beautiful view of the outdoor spaces, with an indoor dining table, TV, and lounge area. Unlimited free Wi-Fi ensures a fast connection. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, hob, and accessories [tableware, glasses, dishes, etc.]. The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a wardrobe and mosquito nets:
Master bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the glass-enclosed veranda, bedroom with a single bed + pull-out single bed, bedroom with a double bed and access to the courtyard. 3 full bathrooms with showers. The hot/cold air conditioning is modern and efficient, and the mosquito nets allow for easy ventilation of the rooms. The main veranda hosts a table with 6 seats and the adjacent barbecue, 4 sun loungers, and an outdoor sofa for maximum relaxation. Guest Access: All spaces in the villa are for the exclusive use of guests. One wardrobe and two wall units are kept for private use. It is possible to park up to 2 medium-sized vehicles in the courtyard.

The Neighborhood: We are located within one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in all of South Sardinia. The condominium security guard service increases the safety of an already very quiet neighborhood, with very little vehicle traffic. The commercial area in the square in front of the prestigious Chia Laguna Resort offers the convenience of services such as a minimarket, bar, restaurant, pharmacy, and ATM, as well as opportunities for shows and evening entertainment.

Getting Around: Campana Dune beach can be reached with a very short walk via Via Grecale. From June to September, guests can enjoy their stay by moving around only on foot. A car is essential only from April to May and from mid-October to reach services in the area. Even when not essential, a car is always recommended because it allows you to increase the range of activities available in the area, and to visit the beaches, restaurants, agriturismi (farm stays), and generally all noteworthy places not reachable on foot.
