Entire house short walk to Cheltenham Racecourse and Town Centre.
A beautiful property located in a peaceful residential area a very short walk to both
Cheltenham Racecourse and the Town Centre. The accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms and a third smaller room for either storage use or use as a dressing room. Downstairs is a lovely cosy lounge with log/coal burner as well as a kitchen/diner and utility for further storage. There is a summer house and terrace/BBQ area in the rear garden which guests are welcome to use. Private parking for two cars is available at the front of the house free of charge. Complimentary breakfast food and some evening drinks will be provided for guests to enjoy at their leisure.
